The location is very clean and accommodated my party well. I am most impressed with the team’s customer service in both response time and ability to resolve a booking issue I had. They went above and beyond to make sure me and my party had our accommodation to our liking. I recommended any small party to book at the Rijodori.

良い。ちゃんと予約確定できてるのかなー？と少し心配していましたが、問題なく当日チェックイン出来ました。
チェックイン時刻を遅らせたかったけど、どうすればいいのかわからなかった。無人チェックインなのはいいが、遅くとも18時までにチェックインなど、ルールがあれば記載してもらいたいし、逆にないなら好きな時刻でチェックインと明記してほしい。
もう少し観光してからチェックインしたい！となったので。

Amazing little apartment with kitchen. Loved being able to cook and yet be so close to everything too! Had clothesline on balcony for drying clothes. Need instructions for washer as had to guess from Japanese only instructions although AC & Wifi explained well in English in instructions. Definitely will be back!
