The hotel was pleasant, the room was clean but the bed was very hard.

It is a fairly good business hotel in terms of breakfast, staff, and cleanliness. Overall, it is clean and the environment is very good. However, it is located about a 15-minute walk to Hiroshima Station, so it has good accessibility to the station, but on the other hand, if you want to visit the major tourist attractions in downtown Hiroshima, it is disappointing. First, if you mainly travel by city bus or streetcar, you have to walk for about 7 minutes to the stop. It's a 7-minute walk, but I feel tired every time I walk. The second reason is the same. It's a 7-minute walk and you have to get off after only 2 stops on the streetcar. Then, there will be no significant difference in the time it takes to walk or take the tram to the destination. In most cases, it's 14 minutes on foot or 15 minutes on the tram. In conclusion, it is a pity that there are no stops nearby. Other than that, I really recommend it

The free breakfast was very helpful and delicious. Amenities and tea were available in the lobby on the first floor, and you could take what you needed to your room, but it would have been nice if they provided coffee and tea.

The room was well-cleaned and comfortable. I walked to the station, but I wish it was a little closer. The staff were very helpful.

In addition to the normal shower, the bathroom had a shower head on the ceiling like a pool, which was nice.

The accommodations are fine, but I wish there was more variety in the breakfast menu. At other hotels, even for the same price, there was a wide variety of side dishes available.

I wanted to reserve a non-smoking room, but there were no rooms available so I stayed in a smoking room. There was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the room It can't be helped since smoking is allowed, but I would like to see more non-smoking rooms. I think the reason why non-smoking rooms are fully booked is because there are many people requesting them.
