Convenient as is beside the strain Station and easy for walking around Hiroshima. Totally recommend to all.

Very conveniently located just behind the shinkansen (and the rest of Hiroshima station). A nice old style 4 star hotel.

The location is excellent, which is very close to the Shinkansen exit of Hiroshima station. The front desk is good in English and eager to answer different questions. I appreciate the large bed size and the mirror in front of wall-sided desk. Overall a good experience.

The location is really good being right beside Hiroshima Station which allows for easy exploration of the city. They allowed us to store our bags upon arrival and they moved them into our room while we were out sightseeing. Check in was quick and easy and they had a few extra toiletries available at the counter like a face wash, body lotion and milk lotion which were all nice. The room is a bit bigger than most hotel rooms we stayed in during our time in Japan with access to the bed from both sides. The room was well appointed and had a coffee/tea station, mini fridge, safe, closet, ironing board and quite the alarm clock. The bathroom was nice with a Japanese style toilet and a shower that could get very strong pressure. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning as there was hair from previous guests and the room could use with more thorough dusting as there was quite a bit around the edges like the headboard. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not and we felt our sleep was affected due to this. We were on a high floor and got a good view of the city. Our floor also had a vending and ice machine. The hotel has a number of onsite restaurants and a very nice lobby area. We didn't try any but would be tempted to try the sky restaurants or rooftop beer terrace if we stayed in Hiroshima longer. The rooftop beer terrace was the most tempting but it is only open during the summer months. After looking at previous reviews we felt the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey and skipped it. There is no shortage of good and cheaper options nearby the hotel.

Clean n big enough and facilities in the room are good if you don’t mind that the overall decor is dated

Very convenient well located to train station. There is a lounge access service. Thumb up! The view from the lounge is fantastic.

This hotel was luxurious, the lobby came with a chandelier and a very nice high tea cafe seating area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the Hiroshima train station and the sightseeing loop bus is directly below the hotel. There is also plenty of shops selling souvenirs and eating places within the station mall area. Amazing location! Room was very spacious could easily pack 2 luggage’s without fighting for space. Overall great stay!!

Great location next to JR Station. I would say that the directions to the hotel could be improved. There is a new Granvia opening next year and it is not clear which one we are to go to. Access from parking area is not the most convenient. I look forward to the new one.

Situated just next to the Shinkansen exit at JR Hiroshima station, the hotel's location is therefore an attraction for travellers. Furthermore, this hotel amenities, and feel are upmarket.

Excellent location within walking distance from JR Hiroshima station.

Convenient.. just next to JR station. Walkable distance, within 3 mins. Perfect location if you are bringing a huge suitcase with you. Staff can speak English, don’t have to worry about communicating. Food are great too in the hotel, and many good restaurants at the JR station. Overall is clean, just the hotel maybe some ages.

Check in and check out were seamless despite a language barrier. Staff were easy to talk to and they were very helpful. Best location as it was beside the Hiroshima station. Staff were helpful with Takkyubin service. Amenities provided in the lobby were ok. Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel

2nd time staying at this hotel. Super good location. Breakfast spread was good but it was the same everyday.
