Dormy Inn Hiroshima Annex Reviews

Great place to stay in Hiroshima. The room was quite spacious (by japanese standards). Easy to get there from the station by bus, the memorial park and peace museum are within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of dishes to choose from, and everything was tasty. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby and we got complimentary apple jelly in our fridge. Soaking in the onsen was great after a long day in Hiroshima and Miyajima, the place was also clean and there was everything necessary for a bath. This was our first stay in Dormy Inn, and I would definitely choose this chain again.

Spacious room, courteous and helpful staff. Amenities (hotspring, laundry machine, complimentary popsicles and drinks) were great. It was very comfortable and I wished I stayed longer. The location seemed a little out of the way but the local bus service was convenient and not crowded even during rush hour. It was also close enough to a park (short walk) for those who want to get some exercise.

A little far from Hiroshima station, but there is shuttle bus service to the station in the morning.

I especially liked the breakfast! It was also nice that the bath area and the bedroom were separated. The free midnight noodles and ice cream after the bath were also great. The staff were also kind and let us rent an electrical outlet.

I like all the breakfast snacks at the Dormy Inn's large bath, so I've stayed here a few times in other cities. I booked economy single and there was no shower in the room. I was confused because I couldn't imagine a hotel without a shower room. When I looked at the room description later, I saw that there was no shower... .

When traveling to various Japanese cities, there are many Dormy Inns. I use it. I also lived in Japan for more than 3 months, and this year I stayed at a Dormy Inn (Nagasaki No. 2 and Matsuyama No. 1), but the Hiroshima Dormy Inn Annex is the worst. I've seen a lot of reviews saying that the staff's response was poor, but in my view, I would say it's too inattentive... I stayed for 8 nights, and there was also an issue with the room not being maintained. The staff response issue is really... I really like Dormy Inn hotels, but I'm worried about Dormy Inn Annex Hiroshima in the future.

It is quite good, located on Peace Avenue near the edge of Hiji Mountain. From the JR station, you can take the 102 Tanakacho bus and get off and cross the road. It is clean and quiet, and convenient to all places.

It was so comfortable. There was free soy sauce ramen after 9pm, ice cream after taking a hot spring bath in the afternoon, and lactic acid bacteria in the morning. I was so happy that I couldn't leave the hotel all day.

It was so good! It is located between Hiroshima Station and the Atomic Bomb Dome. It is not far from the downtown area and is an 8-minute walk to Don Quijote. At 9:30 p.m., they give away free ramen and ice cream! It was so good!

I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and amenities. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly, which I thought lowered the impression of the hotel. It's a shame, but the hotel stay was of a level that I would definitely like to use again.

The location is good. There is a convenience store downstairs. There is a medium-sized shopping mall 5 minutes away. The hotel also cooperates with nearby stores. There are a few discounts available. In addition, I used the parking lot. The staff responded very quickly. I was greeted by someone as soon as I arrived at the door. Overall, I felt good.
