The location is really good being right beside Hiroshima Station which allows for easy exploration of the city. They allowed us to store our bags upon arrival and they moved them into our room while we were out sightseeing. Check in was quick and easy and they had a few extra toiletries available at the counter like a face wash, body lotion and milk lotion which were all nice.
The room is a bit bigger than most hotel rooms we stayed in during our time in Japan with access to the bed from both sides. The room was well appointed and had a coffee/tea station, mini fridge, safe, closet, ironing board and quite the alarm clock. The bathroom was nice with a Japanese style toilet and a shower that could get very strong pressure. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning as there was hair from previous guests and the room could use with more thorough dusting as there was quite a bit around the edges like the headboard. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not and we felt our sleep was affected due to this. We were on a high floor and got a good view of the city. Our floor also had a vending and ice machine.
The hotel has a number of onsite restaurants and a very nice lobby area. We didn't try any but would be tempted to try the sky restaurants or rooftop beer terrace if we stayed in Hiroshima longer. The rooftop beer terrace was the most tempting but it is only open during the summer months. After looking at previous reviews we felt the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey and skipped it. There is no shortage of good and cheaper options nearby the hotel.
Fantastic hotel, opened just 9 months ago, still smells new. Located 10 minute bus trip from Hiroshima station and 15 minute walk from the peace museum/park. Stayed in beautiful one bedroom suite on 21st floor (second highest). Great view of the city through panoramic windows. Staff very friendly, engaging in small talk, specially when they see you are wait for example at the reception. Great breakfast choice, egg station. You can order to table some extra drinks like mango juice and waffles. Executive lounge located on 22nd floor, also great views. Lounge looking nice, with tables quite cramped. As far as food is concerned, I think one of the best Hilton lounges I recall. Choice of number of small sandwiches, cheese, cold meats, salads, beef stew, sweets etc. Swimming pool, dry sauna and large jacuzzi available.

It is a modern hotel with a rebranded feeling. The interior is also renovated beautifully, but I was also worried that it was sacrificed by several concept priorities. The front desk is on the top floor, but there are few elevators, so people who go to the front desk and people who go to the room are always waiting. There is no front desk staff in the midnight zone, and when I checked out at AM5 to catch an early morning flight, there is no key recovery box that I heard that it was installed in 1F, and it is wasted to the front desk on the top floor and back in the back I was excused by the sleeping staff who would have been sleeping, and I couldn't feel it from the morning. 1F is a fashionable Italian restaurant, and there are many uses other than hotel users, but there is no accommodation privilege, and there are a large number of insects in the plant near the open table outside.

The price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
I stayed in a single for 2 nights. There is a bus stop nearby, and there is a public bath hot spring just behind the hotel, which was personally satisfying. Certainly, the road that walks for less than 10 minutes to go through the road behind the hotel and heads to Hirodenhu Station is an entertainment district! There are many food shops from the water business. It may not be safe at all, but if you don't mind it, it's a perfect location. There is also a convenience store nearby. If you go through the road, it's a downtown area. As for amenities, you can get a set of makeup removers and lotions that women will be happy with next to the front desk. Mineral water can also be obtained from his water server near the front desk. Toothbrushes are charged. You can also get green tea and plum kelp tea powder here. As for coffee, you can drink it at breakfast, but it's not in the room, so if you want to drink it all the time, bring it in and boil the hot water in the room.
I thought it was a hotel with plenty of amenities, the room was very clean and clean, and the microwave oven and pot were prepared, so I could spend a very comfortable time. I highly recommend it.
There was no description about the check-in method and the email was not received, so I couldn't put it in for about 20 minutes.
The room was very clean and the facilities were very good. I could also self-sufficient, so I thought I would have a rap as a fixture.
Grand Base Hiroshima Memorial Park is an excellent option for travellers. The property is not managed, i.e. you do self service for check in and check out. The rooms are spacious and clean, and you can cook if you want - however, the excellent Roti Bakery is next door, just saying..

GGuest UserWe arrived in Hiroshima by train and this hotel is super close to the train station so it was super easy to get to and from here with literally a 5 minute walk. It looks like the area has been redeveloped a bit so there's a bunch of good restaurants around the hotel. There is also a tram stop right around the corner so even though it's location is a bit far from all the sightseeing in the city you can get there easily by just hopping on one of the cool streetcars. The room itself is on the small side but the bed was super comfy. Shared bathrooms and toilets were clean most of the time and pretty spacious too. The downstairs common room and kitchen is great, there's so many kitchen appliances and utensils to use which was great. There's a bunch of manga books and boardgames too for some entertainment. The room could do with a few hooks to hang up stuff on the wall. Since the room is really small and there's no space for anything other than the bed and the tiny table with a stool it'd be a great solution to add some sort of storage for things like coats and bags etc. Unfortunately the cafe was closed when we were there so haven't been able to try this.
GGuest UserThe so-called Japanese-style ”Grand Hotel” with a wedding hall and conference room. The single room is a business specification. The point is that a drip pod is installed in the room. You can drink drip coffee easily, so it's a nice facility. It's about a 5-minute walk to the Shinkansen exit of Hiroshima Station. It's a relatively convenient location, but when it comes to the center of Hiroshima, it's around Kamiyacho from Hachichobori, so I think it's a good choice for motorcycles. The motorcycle can be parked in a covered space between the car and the entrance.
BbochitabiFrom the north exit of Hiroshima station, you go down the stairs in front of you on the way and go to the sidewalk on the ground, and when you go over, you go to the other side of Futaba Dori street. A little walk on the sidewalk arrives at the hotel, and there is a hotel entrance ahead of the comedy cherry blossoms on the first floor of the same building. The check-in procedure is manned and the adjustment is a type done by the self machine. Because it is a hotel opened in April 2020, the lobby corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor corridor cor The elevator from the first floor to the upper floor is a type of touching the room card to the sensor next to the door and pressing the arrow button. The room is not large but compact, but the TV is hard to see when sitting in the chair from the relation of the arrangement, and it is easy to see if sitting in the bed... Incidentally, the slipper is disposable and wifi is down The speed is fast with the up. You can see the congestion situation of the public bath and laundry with the guide around the hotel facilities on the TV screen. Unlike other Viain, there is a large bath on the 10th floor at the Hiroshima Shinkansen entrance, and the door opens automatically when the room card is touched by the leader next to the door. There are 21 lockers in the dressing room, but only 14 can be used for corona. There are 8 washing places in the bathroom in the bathroom, the bathtub of the inner bath is large, 7 people 〜 8 people enter, the open-air bath is about 3 people small, there is no sauna and water bath. It was very clean and comfortable because it was a hotel that had a large bath. Disposable body wash towel shaving brush cotton swab was provided, but there was no tissue. Breakfast seems to be taken with a comedy cherry blossom on the first floor, but this time it was a night stay, so the contents were not confirmed. I was able to spend very comfortable with a beautiful building cherry blossom bath.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, convenient for shopping, dining, transportation and sightseeing, and has a high cost-effectiveness. The room is slightly small but very new and clean. Free bread and coffee are provided in the morning. The only drawback is that there is no parking lot, and because it is in the city, the prices of surrounding parking lots are relatively high.
ああゆExcellent location, very clean and comfortable hostel. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Large and comfortable common room, quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
The only suggestion I would make would be to improve the signage of the place from the outside, since it can be somewhat difficult to find the place at night for foreigners.
BBridge the GapAlthough walking distance to the train station and attached shopping arcade, the hotel is in a business park area and not very convenient for the tourist sites in town The rooms are small and a little dingy - the hotel itself is a bit older and needs a sprucing up. Breakfast is served downstairs and the food is mediocre at best - I definitely wouldn't pay for it again. There isn't much around the hotel - I walked around on my way back at night, looking for someplace to get a bite to eat or a a drink and couldn't find anything (a few blocks away was a terrible place that had a lot of unmarked fees and charges). If I were to do it all over, I definitely would choose a different hotel in a different area. (Please note: the hotel did nothing wrong, per se, and the staff was very nice! It just wasn’t the right place for me, for purpose of this trip.)
GGuest UserSituated only a couple of minutes walk from Hondori shopping street and about 10 minutes walk, depending on if you’re a snail pace walker or someone who walks as fast as an angry mother who’s about to complain to the school board about something, from the Peace Memorial Park lies Santiago Guest House. A hostel that is a bit of a pain to find with it only being sign posted by those hanging signs attached to high rise buildings that are literally everywhere in Japan. With said buildings hosting separate businesses on each floor, it may stress you out finding it but upon entry the stress will go bye bye from its general aesthetically pleasing outlook. A modern and polished looked hostel who’s reception lies right next the common room and kitchen area, giving everyone in there a look at the fresh meat coming in. The common area and reception give a friendly vibe out from the on set with bean bags, couches, two TVs (one with a PlayStation 3) and shelves holding games and cuddly toys for you to spoon like they’re your partner whilst watching a rom com on Netflix. Generally the 6th floor where there is one dorm room and the kitchen and common area is quality. The kitchen is a little small in size but it does the job plus you’re in Japan where bento boxes are a way of life. Plus you can always just jaunt to the local supermarket- Yours- between 8:15 – 8:40pm where the bento boxes, salad and sushi goes half price, which the foreign helpers for free accommodation do pretty much every night. The WiFi is pretty solid as well. Follow link in bio to losertravels website so read full review and more!
PPaulaACBClean room and bathroom, medium size, good location, easy to find and move around. The problem is: all the rooms 501, 502, 503 are on a 5th floor and there’s is no elevator; so you’ll have to carry up your suitcase. Also, floors 2 to 4 are not part of the hotel, so be aware of the noise if you arrive late at night. And, there’s is no place to or way to keep your luggage after check out (check out is at 10am, so if your next train leaves later during the day of check out; you’ll have to take the luggage with you)
GGuest UserQuiet location and calm atmosphere. The facilities are well equipped and the bathrooms and toilets are clean. The air-conditioning temperature adjustment is also very good, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. My body always hurts in hotels, but the bed in this hotel is sober. , go up to Shinhokutori Station, right to Hiroshima Station, lower to Hondori Shopping Street, lower to Hiroshima Bus Center, left to Hiroshima City. The transportation is very convenient. Most importantly, most importantly, most importantly, the counter service sir, the lady is really polite.
SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.
