I'd say the nicest hotel I've stayed in during my two weeks in Japan. The hotel is a 10min walk from the station. Rooms are comfortable and have enough room for luggage.
On my last night I wanted to take advantage of the onsen. Two of the younger members of staff were hesitant to allow me access. They brought to my attention the on-site rules which highlight that it would be unsuitable for people with tattoos (I have several large visible ones) to use the onsen. I do not remember this being highlighted on the trip.com website, otherwise I would not have booked. However another female member of staff (presumably the manager) intervened and stated because I was from overseas it should not be a problem. I really did enjoy my time using the spring baths. ¥150 well spent. Thanks again to her 😊

I used it because the breakfast evaluation was high. As the reputation is, the breakfast was large and I couldn't see it in business food, so I thought it was handmade one by one. It was delicious. I wanted to eat all kinds, but I couldn't laugh The hotel itself is old, but the building and the room are beautiful. It was good because there was an air cleaner (with humidifier function) and the air conditioning could be adjusted for each room. However, it is better not to expect the view from the window because it is in the city. The room I stayed in was only able to see the emergency stairs and outdoor machines between the buildings when I opened the window. There is a large bath (artificial hot spring). Women recommend bringing small things and changing clothes in the room because there is no bag. You can go to the public bath with roomwear and slippers, but you may be able to see through because the dough is thin. Basic cosmetics are only one in the dressing room. It is better to bring this because it is not placed in 々 in the place where the body is washed. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel.

The Hilton Hiroshima is a brand new hotel and we really enjoyed the design, spaciousness, and the breakfast.
The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. The staffs speak fluent English so there no problem in communication.
We had a spacious room with king bed, with also plenty of space for a round table. The bathroom was also very big and beautifully designed.
The best part of our stay was definitely breakfast, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at this hotel. It was a luxury buffet breakfast with over 100 choices of food in Japanese and international styles, including hot food such as udon and soba which were cooked per your request.
Parking at the hotel costs 2500 yen per night for guests staying at the hotel. There may be cheaper options nearby as there are a lot of parking in Hiroshima.

The Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel delivers from beginning to end regarding service and location. I had the chance to stay one night in early June before heading next morning to Okunoshima, and it was highly worth it. Next to Hiroshima Station, this location is a must. In addition, the quality of service provided by each member, either at the front desk or Club Lounge, was excellent. Daisuke in the Club Lounge was helpful and went above and beyond to assist during my stay. Regarding the room, I highly recommend booking a Club Level room or suite. The panoramic views of Hiroshima are amazing, but the room is exceptionally comfortable. I had the chance to stay in a suite, approximately 750 sq. ft., which was quite comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was worth it after a long day or walk in the city. I also recommend the spa facilities in the hotel. If you pay around 1,650 Yen, you can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold bath. This is a great activity to relax and disconnect from reality fully. I enjoyed my time there and would return if I had the chance. Overall, it was a great stay, and thankful for the generosity and excellent customer service provided by the team in this hotel.

Located near a tram station, the hotel is easy to access. The facilities are perfectly adequate, the welcome is professional, even if a little distant. The Japanese restaurant is remarkable, both in the presentation of its dishes and from a taste point of view.
The only downside is the smallness of the rooms, as is often the case in hotels in Japan. For example, it is almost impossible to completely open your suitcase when it is of a certain size (not the largest in fact). Or you have to contort yourself to get to the bed.

If you stay at a business hotel with three families, there are many places to add extra beds to the twin room, but this hotel has an adjacent twin room and a double room in the room connectivity There was a connecting room connected by the gingdoor, so it was very comfortable to stay with family 3 people. The bathroom used a large twin room and the toilet used both. Breakfast buffet was not luxurious, but it was a good content for the price. The hotel parking lot is on the 4th floor ～ 8th floor of EKI City Hiroshima opposite the hotel. Going to 1F by B elevator from the parking lot and going out in front of the hotel. Parking fee is 1,200 yen per night and will be paid at the hotel front desk at check-in. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is located in a good location to access the station, there is also a parking lot, and the accommodation fee and breakfast fee were cheap, and it was able to stay in a clean and relaxing room. I thought it was a very good hotel considering the cost performance.

The best hotel I have stayed in during this trip to Japan. After all, it is the conference hotel for the G7 Hiroshima Summit, and the hardware facilities and software services are excellent. There is a free shuttle bus from Hiroshima Station to the hotel, which runs seven times a day, which is absolutely convenient. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset over the Seto Inland Sea from your room. The hotel's breakfast is so rich. On the 23rd floor, you can enjoy the incomparable sea view while having breakfast.

Location is near JR station and the service is good. The breakfast is 3 pieces of bread or scone or muffin, it is a bit starchy. The main concern is the water supply, it occasionally changing between cold and hot every second, it is the most off.

GGuest UserIt's a Dormy Inn that everyone loves. This time there was a meeting in Hiroshima and I booked an annex near the downtown area. This time I chose Dormy Inn for sauna and hot springs. ４ It was a weekday Tuesday in mid-Medium, but it was quite crowded and the number of rooms remaining in Rakuten Travel was small. Check in and give you soft drinks or alcohol instead of welcome drinks. There was a sour Hiroshima carp can, so I chose it as a souvenir for a carp fan friend. It's a great souvenir. There is also a coffee vendor next to the front desk, which seems to be free. Both the elevator and the public bath require a card key, but the elevator card key is only authenticated, and it seems that each floor is not permitted ... It was cool on another floor. I am grateful that there is a set of ２ sets such as double rooms and towels. Even in the morning, you can throw the towel into the collection box in the large communal bath without hesitation. In addition, since there is no bathtub in the room and it enters from the toilet, the person who needs the bathtub in the room must specify the room properly. What was interesting was that there was a door in the space with a bed or desk, such as a toilet, a closet, a washbasin, etc., and the space was partitioned. The layout of such rooms in a business hotel was quite unusual, so it was impressive. For the time being, if you have ３０ minutes, you can go to the large communal bath. The sauna is not so large, and it feels like a pan pan with about ６ people. The water bath is also ２ people, but the water temperature is kept low at 12.8 degrees. It seems to be a system that automatically adds when water overflows. If you match the chair with the stall bath, there is a leg ４, and I think it would be better to take an outdoor air bath. There were quite a lot of washrooms, and at this time it was a large communal bath that was ６ but didn't feel narrow. After a social gathering, Dormy Inn's specialty night noodle soba Simple instant Chinese soba, raw but dry noodles. So, breakfast ＴＶ Dormy Inn's breakfast, which is said to be hot enough to be featured in the program, was very delicious from the morning. Also, if you have no soup 々 Noodles and okonomiyaki, you can cover everything. １８００ Do you think the price of yen is high or cheap ... It feels like. There are quite a lot of bread, * dishes, and side dishes, so I think it's cool even with children. There seems to be a shuttle bus on the way back, but I caught a taxi heading toward the station and moved to the station. ＧＲ It was a rare private taxi for Prius. GGuest UserIt is a modern hotel with a rebranded feeling. The interior is also renovated beautifully, but I was also worried that it was sacrificed by several concept priorities. The front desk is on the top floor, but there are few elevators, so people who go to the front desk and people who go to the room are always waiting. There is no front desk staff in the midnight zone, and when I checked out at AM5 to catch an early morning flight, there is no key recovery box that I heard that it was installed in 1F, and it is wasted to the front desk on the top floor and back in the back I was excused by the sleeping staff who would have been sleeping, and I couldn't feel it from the morning. 1F is a fashionable Italian restaurant, and there are many uses other than hotel users, but there is no accommodation privilege, and there are a large number of insects in the plant near the open table outside.

GGuest UserA really nice modern hotel with clean and stylish rooms although rather compact. Breakfast had a nice selection of Japanese and Western options. The Riverside cafe was still closed following Covid however the hotel is a short walk to Hiroshima Train Station which has a wonderful food hall and there's a Family Mart down the street. Shukkeien Gardens is close by and worth a visit. Service and staff great. Will definitely stay here again.

GGuest Userthis hotel was an absolutely lovely experience. The hotel is very conveniently located at Hiroshima station. It has by far the best hotel facilities that I experienced in my Japan trip (excluding ryokans where I have another very well evaluated!). Everything is very well-maintained, cleaned impeccable, and even though the rooms are not too spacious the overall experience is super comfortable. the bathroom is outstanding. it even have an ironing machine for your pants which was a lifesaver. The breakfast in this hotel is by far the best I had in Japan, and it has a mixture of Japanese and western food, adding to it the possibility of preparing your own Ramen on the spot while you’re having breakfast. The overall experience in this hotel was great. I really have no issues that could be improved and on the contrary I have 1 million things to highlight. I would recommend this hotel any day of the week.

DDararithIn unit laundry is absolutely amazing. Can pick up some detergent at a 7-11 or FamilyMart next to the hotel for a couple hundred yen that can last you quite awhile compared to the coin ops that easily takes more.
Only downside is the full room makeup is done for a charge and that there are a lot of stains on the couch which is very off-putting. The room is smaller than what the picture shows, but thoughtfully laid out carefully with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent near the famed Nagarekawa where there is a lot of dining and entertainment. Also a short walking distance to Hondori Shopping Street and the A-bomb dome.

BBZimm08I stayed at this hotel for one night mainly based on price and location. The location was great, not far from the Peace Memorial and Peace Blvd. Price wise, it was cheaper then other hotels in the area. I checked in and the employees were very friendly and spoke a little English. I got free beverages and could not have been happier. The rooms were pretty spacious and very clean. I thought the bed was comfy as were the pillows. The bathroom was nice, no complaints with the room. The breakfast due to covid is no longer a buffet, instead they prepare trays for you. The food was good and plentiful. I had a great experience here and would stay here again if I find myself in Hiroshima.

BB1t2k1nThe hotel is conveniently located very close to Chudenmae monorail station at the center of hiroshima and is within walking distance to Peace memorial park. The room and walkway are a bit old but reasonably maintained. Toilet maintenance could use a bit more care. Breakfast buffet is very cheap at 500¥ and tastes good which is worth every yen. Coffee and tea are available at lobby for free. Additional amenities such as razors, shower sponge, etc. can be purchased from vending machine at lobby. Special pillows available at lobby can be taken and use for free. You can also buy a day pass for hiroshima-wide monorail+ferry to Miyajima island at lobby. Overall this is a reasonable and affordable place.

GGuest UserSituated only a couple of minutes walk from Hondori shopping street and about 10 minutes walk, depending on if you’re a snail pace walker or someone who walks as fast as an angry mother who’s about to complain to the school board about something, from the Peace Memorial Park lies Santiago Guest House. A hostel that is a bit of a pain to find with it only being sign posted by those hanging signs attached to high rise buildings that are literally everywhere in Japan. With said buildings hosting separate businesses on each floor, it may stress you out finding it but upon entry the stress will go bye bye from its general aesthetically pleasing outlook. A modern and polished looked hostel who’s reception lies right next the common room and kitchen area, giving everyone in there a look at the fresh meat coming in. The common area and reception give a friendly vibe out from the on set with bean bags, couches, two TVs (one with a PlayStation 3) and shelves holding games and cuddly toys for you to spoon like they’re your partner whilst watching a rom com on Netflix. Generally the 6th floor where there is one dorm room and the kitchen and common area is quality. The kitchen is a little small in size but it does the job plus you’re in Japan where bento boxes are a way of life. Plus you can always just jaunt to the local supermarket- Yours- between 8:15 – 8:40pm where the bento boxes, salad and sushi goes half price, which the foreign helpers for free accommodation do pretty much every night. AAnonymous UserThe price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
