This is a place where dreams come true. The service is so personalised that you feel like you were the only guest of the hotel. Everything is just perfect, from staff to venue setting and the variety of wildlife that it hosts, beautifully decorated accommodation, scrumptious food served in varied locations, to the spa facilities and the game park drives. Guides go out of their way for you to achieve your viewing objectives and the food packed for the away day not only is delicious, but well presented and served. Everyone was so polite and professional! Glamping tents were perfect and we couldn’t have enjoyed this property any more. Will definitely be back.

Très beau lodge bien situé au milieu d'un parc privé qui nous permet - dans le concept du lieu - de visiter ce parc avec leur structure. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et atypiques sous forme de maison de bois et toile. Jolie piscine très agréable. Vraie salle de bain avec douche et WC. Le restaurant est très bon et l'on mange dans une zone extérieure très agréable avec un feu de camp. Nous avons pu voir de nombreux animaux dont des rhinocéros qui ont croisé notre chemin. Magnifique ! Tout est parfait. Un des très beaux endroits de notre voyage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Falaza. Staff was incredibly attentive to details and made a huge effort to fulfil all our requests. Food was of a high standard and each meal was super tasty. Please definitely try lemon curd muffins and teriyaki beef wraps 😁 Property and its nature is beautiful and staying is the tents is very comfortable. We did plenty of great activities - boat river cruise, walk and game drive in the Falaza park and Hluhluwe and will definitely come back. Thank you Falaza!

Rarely stayed in such a nice hotel. For African standards the service is at a very high level. The staff is friendly and very attentive and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and the food was excellent. The included safari with expert driver and guide was also recommended. All in all a super experience in Falaza.

Superbe expérience. Le lieu est idyllique avec une réserve ouverte sur le Lodge. Idéal pour observer les animaux le soir. Nous avons pas vu d Hippo mais nous avons croisés nos amies les girafes. Les antilopes entrent et sortent dans la propriété. Les enfants ont pu jouer librement sur le terrain en toute sécurité, et nous avons profité de la piscine. Les repas sont excellents (un peu chers) mention spéciale au barbecue africain). Enfin accueil exceptionnel de Yingisa et Gabriel . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Had the most amazing massage today. I have been for many massages but this one was the best one. As we arrived we were warmly welcomed and guided to the spa. The lady’s were fantastic. My partner had a foot treatment and walked out of there telling me he feels like he is now walking on heaven. I had the deep tissue massage and boy did the beautiful lady know exactly what she was doing. All treatments this month are 20% off. Do yourself a favour and treat yourselves you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.
