Service .... top notch. I was welcomed by Sne at front desk. She is so sweet and kind. She does her work wholeheartedly and with a beautiful smile.
Also helped by a lady (forgot her name) at the wild life front desk for activities. She was so helpful.
Hats off to these lovely ladies, they were so easy and made us feel at home.
Food. Good buffet, nice food too. They also cater for vegetarians on request.
The hotel is close to shops and gas station.
I surely will come back.

The lodge is really convenient to access the reserve. The buffet Dinner was good but the only negative was that the Aircon in the room didn't work.

Anew Hotel has the best staff, amazing pool, wonderful landscape, and location. They are close to KFC, steers, fishaways- however the hotel itself makes the most delicious food and desserts. Thami , Sbo and Giraad were always helpful and did their best to welcome us and make us comfortable. Our room- 100A ( separate from the main hotel, which was amazing as it had the view of the garden and our own parking and space), did noy have wifi coverage. We had to walk to the hotel itself for network. If you do not have data or an SA Sim card,this can be an issue.
We did the following activities which were all in a 20 to 30 min close vicinity of the hotel.
1. Big 5 Safari at Hluhluwe Game Reserve
2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat Sanctuary
3. False Bay
4. Bayete Elephant Interaction
This was the best time of our lives as we thoroughly enjoy wildlife and the outdoors.
Thank you Anew Hotel. We will be back !!

Honestly every person has his or her own preferences when staying at a hotel and it is great for me it was the lack of verity in food,quality and the lack of verity in TV channels to chose from. Unfortunately I had better experiences at other places

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spacious and clean. The service is on point, all staff was so friendly and willing to help. Will definitely be revisiting

Traveled on the 1st of July to celebrate my birthday with my partner. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was okay, they ran out of ribs the 2nd night and there was very limited options on the menu thereafter, ended up going for the buffet option which also didn’t have versatility. But overall the actual food available was good. The dissatisfaction or rather disappointing factor came when we booked for our afternoon game drive, only then we were told a minimum of 4 people are needed in order for the vehicle to leave for the Game Reserve. We waited until 1:30pm (Game Drive departure time is 2pm), we checked with reception they told us no one else has booked. Having travelled 4 hours mainly so that we could have this beautiful sunset game drive (big 5) experience, I requested to speak to the manager because at this moment I felt they needed to make a plan for us. The lady I spoke to was Drika, she was not sympathetic to the situation, straight up told me she’s running a business

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Das Essen im Restaurant eigentlich gut, aber da große Gruppen hier waren, hat es mit dem Nachschub (Buffett) leider oft lange gedauert. Das Hotel veranstaltet bzw. organisiert Jeeptouren und da es früh losgeht, bekommen wir Frühstückspakete. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und gut ausgestattet. Abends gibt es eine Zulu-Showvorführung.

The main reason to stay at this hotel was the proximity to Hluhluwe–iMfolozi Park. it was only for one night so, we could get an early start to go to the park. The evening we spent, there was a group who came in and performed drumming and dancing.
