Hotel is situated in District 3 of Saigon and is of close proximity to District 1. While hotel price is on the lower end, it felt pricey for what I have paid for. The check in was smooth, there is a lobby drop off which drivers will missed if they are not familiar with the place. The room was small but there is a bathtub in the room. The bathtub had some stains on it. Water pressure for shower is ok. The bed was normal, neither great or bad. But the sound proofing of the room is terrible. I could hear noises from outside when my room is not even facing the road. I could also hear voices from my neighbour in the room beside me. I had a terrible sleep. Sleep quality was poor. I would not recommend staying here. The hotel has a maybach to make it look posh but it isn’t.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kin Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The room isn't too big but its very comfortable and clean. The location is great, it's right within district 1 and everything is easy to get to. I was very comfortable during my whole stay here and would recommend it others.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

During a delightful week with my family at Sedona Suites, we experienced remarkable warmth and hospitality from the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, their attention to detail, cleanliness, and comfort left a lasting impression on all of us. So we arrived at this hotel yesterday 14.11.2019. Receptionist lady was polite. When we get to our room the wall paper is ripped everywhere. There is cobwebs, stained sheet and a dirty bathroom. We thought ok maybe we change rooms its only three nights. We left the room and the corridor was disgustingly dirty- Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. We went to reception and the reception was somebody different very ignorant. Told us to take a seat. On waiting and looking around we saw more dirt dust and grime everywhere. We sat for about 5 mins and then a massive Rat ran right past our feet inside the hotel. I got straight on my phone and booked another hotel within 2 mins walking distance. We went back upstairs to get or suitcase and the lift was not working turns out when we could get in a man was oiling it- How dangerous. On telling the ignorant reception we were go to an new hotel they didn’t even ask why. I can see this being because they are used to this happening. Avoid all cost a real health hazard. Wouldn't even give one star but couldn't do none

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

Good location accessible to airport. Room is clean and spacious. I was assigned to top floor where elevator can’t reach so the staff need to carry my luggage. But staff are kind and helpful. I just don’t like the smell of the toilet. The drainage system is poor. I can’t breath while taking shower due to strong peep smell

The location is old the hotel need some much needed improvement I requested a quiet room far from elevator and they put me on the nearest 😅the hotel Chinese restaurant is local and I recommend a must try. The staffs are average and I totally stayed four nights and didn’t get much sleep coz the door closing aren’t nearing quiet mode and the pushing cleaning lolly and ladies speaking loudly at the hallway weren’t helping …. So I cut short of total six nights to four and had to argue for few hours to get what I wanted….

best location, 5mins drive away from the airport, and safe to walk around. no need to worry for food, jz go out and walk a little and u will find so many food establishments. also there are nearby spa. the room is clean, but i would suggest to change their towels. already old and had served their purpose. variety of meat to serve for breakfast is good.
