I use this place to stay in when I need to be close to the airport. It's clean, conveniently located and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's also very cheap while remaining salubrious. Th efacilities rating is a 5/5 based on the price you pay.

Nice hotel close to the AirPort otherwise not close to anything. Staff is friendly but not they lack a bit in service. Not like a five star hotel in my opinion. I was placed at a dirty table and were told to wait. No one took away the former guests dish or cleaned the table. No one except the bell boy (he told me to wait) paid any attention to me. One of the best hotels in the development area of Binh Duong. Room was very comfortable, about the size of a largish serviced apartment. Nice bed and I slept very well. Staff were great and helped me when I forgot my laundry bag, had it delivered to me in Ho Chi Minh the next day. Breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality, though I thought the cafe itsef was a bit small, almost cramped. All in all a nice and relaxed stay, Will stay again without a second thought.

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone jus that the House Keeping forgotten to top up my Tissue Box. Other than that, service is great and location is good.

The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

I had a great experience with the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, so I was able to sleep comfortably. The hotel room had an old-fashioned vibe, but overall it was good. The only issue I had was with the toilet. I kept hearing flushing sounds even when I wasn't using it. It might be a problem with the water pressure or something, I don't know haha. *picture not related

The room is small, the layout of the room is stuffy, the floor in the room is dirty and dark, the hotel space is prisoned. There is also no one to clean the room, pouring garbage in the shift. My sister missed booking for parents for two nights temporarily staying in SG, the family visited asked to book an extra room to let it up 🙃😳 when I talked to the manager, the handling was very bad. Then I called my parents to the lobby, the hotel manager said I 3 times ”if you want, you call Uncle to talk in the lobby” (although before I refused because I could call my parents myself, And it was time for my parents to go down to the lobby to sit and wait for the car to eat instead of staying in the hotel lobby) - Manager Reason again repeat the above (cross your face like, tell 🥥 belly or something :) )
