A very affordable hotel that is within walking distance to the airport. I have stayed in this hotel many times. Great if you have an early flight the next day.

Nice hotel close to the AirPort otherwise not close to anything. Staff is friendly but not they lack a bit in service. Not like a five star hotel in my opinion. I was placed at a dirty table and were told to wait. No one took away the former guests dish or cleaned the table. No one except the bell boy (he told me to wait) paid any attention to me. It's a really nice hotel. The communal kitchen is on the basement level. Even Grab and taxi drivers drop you off at the wrong place and tell you to go find it. It's a bit hard to find, but it's good.

I travelled the world on budget, 3 stars hotels..this hotel is the only one who has a porter help me carry my stuff upstairs. When my tour guide failed to pick me up, this hotel staffs whose been waiting with me outside for 15 mins or so, knowing that I'm panic, ordered a taxi..taxi arrived in no time and saving me from missing my flight. Quick thinking, practical, willing to help.

Situated conveniently in the city, the hotel is just a short stroll away from Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien Street. We reserved the Deluxe twin room, we were impressed by its generous space. The room is fresh and modern. The bathroom features a bathtub, adding an extra touch of comfort to our experience. The breakfast on the ninth floor was ample and offered a beautiful view of the park.

The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

No shower curtain or door. Good location except the next building is under remodeling. Sometimes noise around 9am. Many restaurants, coffee shops and massage shops nearby. A Japanese department store is 10 minutes walk. Very polite staff. Hotel breakfast so so.

The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. place was super clean and full of amenities you’d need at home so it basically feels like home. convenient too as there is a mall nearby (~3 mins walk). there’s a convenience store right outside too
