Friendly staff, location is good. May restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rest are not so good. The building and the AC is old 🥴 but the staff are accommodating though. If you a traveler who would settle for less, then you can stay there. Otherwise, find elsewhere.

We checked in to a different hotel on our first day. They transfer our things without our knowledge. Great location tho.

This hotel is a bit rundown...would recommend for some overhauls to the interiors and bedding and wall furnishings. Overall was acceptable as it was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and walking distance to most of the attractions.. But the toilets facilities could be improved. Would recommend anyone who has a tight budget to stay here.

Room was small and toilet is cramped. No breakfast provided eventhough booking did mention breakfast snack is provided.

Great location and big room! Daily snack is a small banana it was reception boys friendly! Location is good!

Not bad

The drinks and food from the previous guests were still in the freezer, the tissue paper was used up and no one changed it, the shower water was not hot in the morning, and the air conditioner leaked and wet my computer on the face. I was transferred to another hotel for no reason and the waitress on the morning of the 3rd was very rude. I gave up early on the 4th and rented another hotel. There was no air conditioning. It was too hot to sleep at night. My wife couldn't sleep well at night. It was too hot.

This hotel is the worst I have stayed in HCM so far. I need to write this review to warn fellow travellers. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, you will be greeted by 8 or 9 steps, if you are carrying heavy luggages, there are no bell boy to help you with luggage. The hotel lobby is very warm, only the recep will have fan to cool themself down. The receptionists are not well versed in English and definitely not helpful to guests! I booked a junior suite and the room is very lousy! The wardrobe is without doors (see photo attached). There are ants and hair left behind by previous guests on the bed. My wife was bitten by ants in the middle of the NIGHT!! (See attached) The curtain have black stains on it, the window ledge looks old, ceiling have cracks. (See photos attached) When requested for a full refund of my 2nd day stay, the hotel refused to accede to my request but luckily trip.com says they will refund me back in credits for my future bookings with them. (Kudos to trip.com!) This is the worst experience I have in HCM thus far and I sincerely hope trip.com can have more control over their hotel vendors to provide a safe booking platform for us consumers. The location is perfect as it’s in District 1. Although the room is small but it’s just nice for a solo traveler like me. There’s a lot of eating places also nearby.

Nothing special, can see the rain shower is too low ,when you get into the rain shower ,it's hit your head also . And the room is abit old . See after housekeeping ,the rubbish chute still dirty and the water did not top up. Hotel is using low quality towel and thin .And that is their free snack. The good thing is located good .The rest 2 star .

The room had a foul smell and the aircon wasn't functioning properly. Staff was not friendly and did not greet customers in anyway

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏
