The location is not bad if you take Grab. I was able to do self-check-in easily by providing detailed information. It was nice to have kitchen utensils in the room. Mr. Bar also made a patter with his voice. :)

Everything is fine. It took a while to get in touch with the manager, but within an hour everything was resolved with the help of support. The number provided did not answer. In fact it was different. Otherwise, an excellent apart-hotel for the money.

Convenient location, next to many good places to eat, bookstores, cafes. Very enthusiastic support, quiet, comfortable, convenient. Will continue to support.

It was great! There is a market near the hotel, and it sells a lot of delicious and cheap things! There's a park in front, so it's great for exercising.

Really helpful hosts who answered messages at any time. Place was nice and clean but slightly small. Location was slightly further from the city than we wanted but still walking distance maybe 25-30 minutes.

The staff will send you videos to help you find the place and check in. I found them to be very helpful. Location is very convenient.

Clever and very comfortable, right by the river for early morning walks, easy to access main sights etc via taxi/grab. Would stay again.

I didn’t stay at all as they were full house after arrived the hotel at around 1:30am and finally got hold with someone at 2:30am. We were so frustrated to find another accommodation in very tired condition. We didn’t find a hotel till 3am. The hotel owner refunded in full to us next day, but it really ruined our holiday already. The hotel owner said they didn’t receive any booking information till 2am. It was almost 12 hours later after I made the guarantee booking. Also I found out that your company charged me two transactions. Kindly refund the other unknown charges.

There is a park in front of you, so you can see greenery from the window. (Right below is the food stalls.) Beyond that is the river, and if you cross the bridge, you will reach the downtown area. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, so it was a convenient location even though it was a little far from the center. The room was compact but fully equipped and clean. There is no toothbrush in the room. It seems that there are many hotels in Vietnam that do not have one, not just this hotel. I received a guide on LINE in advance, and when I told them my expected arrival time, I received a password that I needed to check in on the day. Unfortunately, I was told that I could use the self-laundry service, but when I went there, I found that the dryer was full of towels so I couldn't use it, and the toilet paper holder was very difficult to use. Overall, it was a good accommodation considering the price.
