This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel apartment. I don’t understand why Ctrip included this kind of hotel. There is no service at all. The place where you pay is called and they ask you to wait downstairs while a guy comes over and gives you a key card to take you in. There is a community house next to it. It seems that someone rented a house and opened a hotel in the building. It feels like staying in someone else's home. The room smells bad and the bed is so sloppy that even someone like me can't sleep on it. I wanted to leave at that time, but I didn't agree to check out. I asked if I could stay one night and cancel the next day, but I didn't accept it. I couldn’t live any longer, so I left directly the next day. I don’t understand how other 5-star reviews came about. I was deceived by the high ratings. It seems that there is something wrong with Ctrip’s reviews.

很不錯。就在SECC展館附近。還有洗衣機。該有的啥都有。就是沒早餐。但是點外賣很方便

I was assigned an apartment not as same as whats on the photos. There wasn't a wet playground as shown on the photos. All the children were disappointed. Apartment did not have wifi and since no wifi the tv box could not work. TV was just for display. No kitchen cleaning supplies provided for cookware & utensils.

It’s near Secc and some store around. You can walk to SECC by 5 minutes
