Great location,center of D1 and Saigon, 500m to Bui Vien street, 5mins to Ben Thanh market. I had a wonderful experience in here. The host and her staffs were very friendly, warm welcome and support anytime. I will be back again and highly recommend this place to everyone

Location is about 10minutes Walk to the walk street. View is good. You may get some bad smell from the kitchen. Furniture is so so.

If you are considering staying with a group of 3 or more people, I think this is the perfect place. I thought that self-check-in and check-out was a bit of a challenge, but it's good for those who want to eat breakfast at a local restaurant or who want freedom. At first, I couldn't speak Vietnamese, so I wasn't sure what to do, but I think it will be fine once you get used to it. However, it was disappointing that the previous guest hadn't cleaned the room when I arrived in front of it after 4pm, and I was very surprised to see trash scattered around.

I was very upset because there was a problem with the room assignment at first. The condition of the accommodation was completely different from the photos, but thanks to the help of Trip.com's customer service center, I was reassigned a room and was assigned to a cleaner place. The location of the accommodation was very good.

Contact the receptionist in advance and you will be asked to provide the information on the first page of your passport. In addition, you need to contact us in advance to find out how to pick up the keys. Or ask the security uncle. Although there is a language barrier, the uncle is quite nice, but he really doesn’t speak English at all. It is best to let the receptionist communicate in advance. The room is relatively large overall, clean and tidy. Just to complain, although Vietnam is quite hot, this water heater only has a little hot water in the first wave and then basically cold water after that. I don’t understand this a bit, and I don’t know if it’s a problem in my room. In addition, there is no problem with using this towel, but it is recommended to bring personal toiletries such as toothbrushes. The quality provided is not very usable ~ Fortunately, I usually have the habit of bringing my own, so it will not have a big impact. The overall decoration style of the house is no different from the picture, so it is still recommended. When you go out downstairs and turn right on the street, there is a delicious seafood food stall! There are a lot of locals, and the ordering guy doesn't speak English at all. You can ask him for an English menu.
