Very nice hotel, rooms were comfortable, love the huge king bed, nice wardrobe corner with hairdryer, slippers were provided, rooms are very spacious, water pressure for shower was good, toiletries are great as well. Very value for money. My room of the city view can even see the river. Next to Japan town with lots of food options and beside there is a popular bar in Lancaster. Only bad thing is when it rains there is no shelter to the hotel from car drop off point.

Great location and spacious room! Very good value for money. Many restaurants just outside the hotel. Higher floors have better river view. Only criticism was the room service a bit irregular and missed one day off my 4 nights stay.

It’s a nice experience in this hotel. And the hotel is quite near the restaurant, coffee shop, supermarket & shopping mall, so I am able to settle my need.

Best room, good shower, toilet, good service, good breakfast, good swimming pool, good laundry, good spa, massage, Japanese’s restaurants and Pho are the best in town, HCMC is the best !

It is a renovated hotel. The location is just opposite the Japanese street.

This will be my last time staying here. Arrive late at around 6pm for check in. Was told to top up $1.7m Dong for another kid as above 6 years old will be consider Adult. Total 2 kids and 2 adults staying. Paid for SGD $250 PER NIGHT. HONESTLY $250 I CAN STAY BETTER HOTEL LOL. Ask for extra bed , ask to top up. Ask for late check out. Standard ask for room number and say cannot. All train to standard reply from all staff when we asked 3 different staff @ different timing. Take note!!! This hotel everything also cannot. All standard answer / reply. Worst thing , morning breakfast Has limited choice. We arrive @ 930am and there is not much food left. They don't even top up, when there are new guest arriving late for breakfast . We had to settle breakfast out. Staff are all too young. Not well train to handle. Very disappointed. All
