The location is very good and convenient for people who like liveliness. The hotel staff are also very friendly. However, the hardware facilities are really disappointing. Although the wardrobe is new, it is very worn and needs repair. The toilet floor has no drainage holes and accumulates There is water in half the toilet. Overall, the location and staff are good, but the facilities are terrible.

Positive:
- Upon our request reception printed out some documents for us twice, free of charge
- If you like to party until 3am then it's the perfect location for you, right at the party street
Negatives:
- The bedding had a giant dirty spot that didn't wash out from previous use and wouldn't close around the cover. I asked to change the sheets - they refused, saying that because we "only" booked for 4 days and it doesn't include change of sheets. I explained that it is dirty and offered to see but they just said "No"
- Shower section leaked into the rest of bathroom through some hole between protective glass and the wall at floor level. Main bathroom area has no drain, water would accumulate up to half a cm in height - so after each shower we had to gather all the water using a floor towel for feet, effectively washing the bathroom floor by hand.
- If you like to go to bed early then it's not for you. Hotel located at a party street - music blasting until 3am

There were a lot of bad comments on Google reviews, such as people not being able to make a reservation. I was worried because I had already made a reservation and saw the Google reviews, but I was able to stay without any problems. I booked for 2 nights,
maybe there are a lot of problems with double bookings for 1 night or so.
The reception is not very friendly, but the location is good and convenient.
There were some issues such as the tissues running out in the room, but there were no particular issues.
The only towels provided were bath towels, and there were no small sized towels. So I wish they had changed the towels on the second day as well.
