The room service is very good, the environment is fine, and the hygiene is very clean. I didn't make any mistakes when I came to Vietnam for the first time. The front desk and waiters here are very enthusiastic. When I renewed my reservation one night, they also helped me order local food takeout and gave me a discount. I really think it's good. We arrived at dawn and they helped us check in right away, and they gave us a room on the first floor without any hassle, which was nice, but it was too noisy.
I don't know if they were doing construction in the morning when we went there or if they were doing it in the surrounding buildings.. But there were quite a few restaurants nearby and a GS convenience store, so it was convenient.

Excellent hotel chain, if you are in Ho Chi Minh City - choose M Village, you will not regret. We have been to different hotels of the chain, everywhere the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, it is clean, it is pleasant to be. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. All room categories are decent, choose what you like.
