There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered the room. It took a long time to get rid of the smell after opening the door and window. We complained and asked for a refund before someone came to deal with it. They made a machine buzz for 15 minutes, but the smoke smell in the room did not go away. There was also a smell of laundry detergent. Then they asked us to make do with it and did not give us a refund. The photos in the room are very beautiful, and the hotel will pout and look cute outside, but I only stayed for one day.
