Kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, bath salts, etc. are available. However, the cleanliness is a bit off... the slippers and kitchen sponge were smelly. The person who guided me was very kind. There is a convenience store nearby.

I originally booked a one-bedroom apartment. It provided members with early check-in. But after contacting the landlord, they said that they would not know whether early check-in was possible until the same day. Later, the landlord I contacted on the same day said that early check-in was not possible because the air conditioner in the booked room was broken. After the final After communication between the two parties, we finally changed to another two-bedroom apartment. We could only check in at 14:00. I really felt bad. If there were any problems, we should inform them in advance. Member benefits include early check-in and no way to check in. ! Later, I changed to a larger room.. It was good. It was large and quite comfortable.. The check-in process was really not very good.. I hope it can be improved. Thank you.

Convenient location. But the decoration and facilities of the apartment make people question whether it is luxury. There is a piece of soap in the bathroom, a sheet with shoe prints, and a bedside with mold marks. The comb is also stained.

Let's start with check-in. We booked a large room of 65 sq.m., with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. As a result, they tried to put us in a small room, with 1 bedroom and no bath. After showing our reservation, we were taken to another building. Where we were accommodated in the room indicated in the reservation, but with the condition that we were not allowed to use the second bedroom. Why they did this - we still don’t understand. The room has an equipped kitchen and all utensils. Now let's move on to the pool, it turned out to be much more fun. Upon check-in, we exchanged Whatsapp to quickly resolve all issues. When asked about the work of the pool, no one answered. On the second day we decided to go for a swim ourselves, but it turns out we need to register. We asked a question in the chat, but they answered only at the end of 2 days. With the words that the pool is not working today. Although the time is 7 pm and people are swimming there... And only 3 days after my message they registered us and gave us access to the pool. No service.... The hotel is good.

The location of the hotel seems to be the best. Amenities and restaurants nearby, parks within walking distance. Vinhome itself is a wealthy area, so security issues are good. The street itself is clean. However, it seems like it takes a little more money to enjoy good service. But I recommend it. I do haha

It was a good trip with a great location. I would choose this route next time. The environment is elegant, you can cook your own food and experience the local life and culture.
