It is a cute and aesthetic hotel. The receptionist area is a mini cafe. But I didn't have the time to try their drinks. The room was clean and everything was good. The price is also cheap for this kind of condition. Very recommended!

Found many strands of hair on the bed, otherwise cleanliness is okay. Location is great, close to major malls ~5-10mins journey and easily located. However, room is located on the top floor so it was quite hot like an oven. There are many cafes and bars, ~2min walk to nightlife. great for both day and night activities. The entrance to the hotel is empty during the day but it gets lively with people sitting on the streets at night drinking tea. Noise is not a problem. There was an issue where trip.com messed up our booking but the owner sorted it within 10mins 👍🏻 Overall it was a decent stay.

Location great, close to river and all main touristic sites. amenities very clean and modern facilities. Unfortunately, in dorm, individual lights and power plug lacking. Bunk beds are large and comfy with curtains for privacy. Communication rather difficult with staff who are not english spoken. i recommend

The location is good but there are suspicious taxi drivers around the area that relentlessly harrass and follow people.

U need to check the message from the hotel and send your ID in advance. I didn’t noticed that and I had to be outside lol so just be careful

The room facilities are good, the mattress and bedding are very comfortable, but unlike the hotel, there is no cleaning. It is not cleaned even if you stay for several days, and the water is not replenished. This is not good enough. Of course, the price and location are good.

The door could not be unlocked during self-check-in late at night, and customer service staff quickly provided assistance. It is the best choice at this price point. The boundaries of the review include the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the bathroom. There are two things that can be improved. The first is that simple lighting can be provided on the bed, and the second is that the bathroom drain hole should be cleaned.
