Stayed at Cozrum Home - Daisy House for 5 lovely nights and the central location was superb with plenty of Vietnamese street food to enjoy and 24hour convenience stores within walking distance. Checking in was a tad worrying as the communication with instructions for checking in didn't arrive on the day of departure but luckily Trip.com support helped with the process. I hope Cozrum team will send these crucial info at least 2 days prior to arrival as that would help immensely and take away the stress and worry. That being said, once we communicated, it was plain sailing all the way and Cozrum team was very quick and attentive. Overall it was a great stay and I particularly love the large TV in the room where I spent endless hours watching Youtube.

My expectation is too high because I read the review. But when I got in my room. I felt like, I had bad mood to be here. The toilet was uncleanness, and sink is messy. Air condition is too hot even 16 degree. Outside is too loud. I won't be here again, and I will tell my friends. Hopefully, you make it well future.

Cozrum Home - Daisy House is very nice and clean with nice amenities. The location is good. It's in district 1 and close to some restaurants and walking distance to the backpacker area (if you're interested in that). The room is very comfortable. Check-in may be a bit of a hassle for some people since there's no one at the lobby, but it seems like that's just how Cozrum Homes are operated. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in this area.

We would like to thank Cozrum Hotel for their excellent hospitality. The room was very comfortable and met our expectations perfectly. The only minor issue was the check-in, where there was no one to greet us. Nevertheless, the hotel is very well located, which made our stay much easier. Thank you again for everything!

The room is very clean, but I don’t know why there are ants occasionally @@ It seems that the toilet seat has not been taken care of properly. It moves and becomes crooked when it is covered. The bathroom door handle inside is also slippery and sticky. The pillow is very high and it’s a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Maybe it’s because I’m not used to sleeping on high pillows. But the lighting in the room is very good. When you open the curtains during the day, the whole room is bright. There is also a 24-hour supermarket at the entrance of the alley, which is very convenient. However, it is recommended that the mobile phone of the staying passengers must have the function of making calls. Because when I checked in at night, I found that there was no front desk staff. But this is my problem because I didn’t read the order carefully and there was no front desk staff But the mobile phone must be able to make calls before you can contact the landlord and ask him to provide the password for the downstairs door and confirm the room number and key lock number. And I can only connect to the Internet, not make phone calls, which makes me very nervous. I was so lucky that I asked a friend to help me get in touch, and I finally checked in smoothly. Therefore, all tenants who want to move in must contact the landlord in advance. This way you won't be trapped outside the door

Very bad hotel. No reception since check-in. If your English is not good enough or your Vietnamese is not good enough, you cannot communicate The window on TRIP.COM that says Chinese is available. I can’t speak a word of Chinese. Arriving at the hotel, I was blocked and spent 2 hours just communicating outside the door before checking in. I have booked 3 rooms for 7 days, but I can’t even find my passport name. I suspect the contact window is intentionally being super unkind to Chinese-speaking tourists. If you are a Chinese tourist you don’t have ZALO, FB MASSAGE, WHATsapp You can't even move them in

The hotel has no reception, we checked in late in the evening, we had to write in Whatsapp using the QR code at the door, then send photos of our passports... all this in the heat and with suitcases... From the map it seems that the hotel is located in the center. Yes, but essentially it is located in the back streets, in the slums, the neighbors there are not very good... The room is not cleaned every day, towels are not changed, so 2-3 nights maximum, we took 5. There were cockroaches in the room. Pros: there is a kitchen, a refrigerator, it was inexpensive. There was no point in saving money; we wouldn’t have chosen this hotel a second time. Not suitable for families with children.
