Staffs were really friendly and helpful Breakfast area not within hotel itself, have to walk 5mins to their other branches Breakfast was not great, but love the Vietnamese black coffee The shower drainage wasn’t good, staff was helpful to help out, but I guess it’s really just the drain issue

I really enjoyed my stay at Kin Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The room isn't too big but its very comfortable and clean. The location is great, it's right within district 1 and everything is easy to get to. I was very comfortable during my whole stay here and would recommend it others.

Nice little boutique hotel. Note that the city facing room can be noisy so we requested a quieter room which the staff were kind enough to give us the next day. Breakfast is at a nearby hotel

The facilities in the hotel look old; it doesn't seem like they have been renovated this year. The toilet is completely clogged, causing water to rise up to my feet. Never give complimentary water. I wouldn't recommend staying here, but the location is good.

Very professional, comfortable

We were checked into room 804, the sockets above the bedside table had come off the wall, which was unsafe; the shower had a broken mount, which was glued on and broke at the beginning of the shower, which caused discomfort when taking a shower; the safe in the room was not attached to anything, which was distrustful and alarming; the view from the room to the city was terrible; the refrigerator was turned on and there was a very strong smell of burning, and we could not sleep. In the morning we asked to change the room at the reception, to which the girl Winnie treated us and our situation with such disdain and a smirk, such an attitude really hurt. The rooms offered had different problems, we refused with a request to cancel the reservation and return the payment for the remaining nights. Having received a refusal, we wrote to trips.com asking to solve our problem and only after half a day of sorting things out, the VU manager apologized and offered a normal room, but the vacation was seriously ruined and left the worst memories of the entire trip to Vietnam. We also spent a lot of time and nerves on sorting out this situation. For all the time of traveling around the world, the worst hotel with terrible attitude and service.

The location is the main advantage of this hotel. Everything is within walking distance. Before leaving, do not forget an umbrella, both in the rain and in the strong sun, it will come in handy. Opposite the hotel there is a wonderful Japanese restaurant Sushi Hokkaido Sachi. Everything is fresh, tasty and about 30% cheaper than the city average. I recommend it. The hotel is new, clean, the air conditioner works quietly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. Do not expect anything unusual. On the contrary, an ordinary 4 * hotel. The overall impressions of the visit are positive.

The hotel is located in District 1, very centrally located, and convenient to major attractions. The hotel is very exquisite, newly renovated, and the service is very delicate. There are waiters on the first floor every day to greet and open the door.
