The room was neat, though I wasn't given a passcode for the WiFi. It's a short distance from the airport, so that was really great, as I landed really late.

Few point to highlight. Many female long hair was found in the room and bathroom floor. Bed and duvet have many hair as well as ants too. Sound proof is really very bad and could hear the next room shower. Front desk would need to improve on the service and as well as housekeeping. Hotel room nice but the cleanliness is very bad and the sound proof. Wifi is not stable as well. Keep disconnect and unable to use it. Reception is not 24 hour and until 11pm. Maybe suit for a night stay only . They do provided welcome drink.

Lanura has a very convenient location, next to it there are many shops, laundry and about 200m away there is a nutritious porridge shop convenient for families with small children. The hotel is new, clean, customer care is quick and thoughtful. There is a very delicious welcome drink. My family stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights with no complaints, 100 points for Lanura's service.
