We are very sorry for the inconvenience and sincerely apologize that the room you booked had a previous guest who did not check out on time with a lot of luggage in the room. Therefore, we had to arrange a better room with a balcony facing the garden Royal LandPark Hotel (one of the hotels in the Royal Hotels Group, not any other outside hotel) instead of the room you booked, which is a standard room at the back of the building. We always value customer satisfaction and we are committed to providing the best quality service. Based on your room type of booking, we had advanced information and taken you for a real look during the check-time. With our effort for advice, you choose to keep the same room for the stay. The Suite room is located at the basement and no window designed which full details show on the website that you could refer before booked. Your arrival time was the day that the hotel did not have more choices during the peak time, we offered the room upstairs with extra service benefits after 1 night to wait for the room available and always ready to support you when you needed assistance, the room was immediately assigned after 1 night to move you upstairs. Once again, we just want to say thank you very much for choosing Royal Vista. It is a blessing to welcome you.
