The toilet base is unstable. It's shaking.

Good location. Staffs are nice and help for any problems.

Rush us to checkout when 11.30am only.

its quite good but i guess needs to be improved some things, like the videt (the power pressure not so good) no ballpen to write a note to them on your room, 1 channel only to their television and lastly, they need to put something for holding the shampoo and body wash to their shower area

Awesome hotel ever!

Too busy with having a Spa and also allowing the Spa customers to smoke in the lift while I was still in the lift. Will not stay here again!

Hotel nya cakep

The Hotel was very comfortable to stayed, All the time services at to he hotel 100% Happy and enjoy this trip. We will be back soon again some day later.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean.

The hotel is centrally located, convenient for transportation, and the breakfast is not diverse.

It was clean and the service was good. Except for the shower water pressure being a little weak, the hot water came out well. There were a lot of motorcycles passing in front of the hotel, but the soundproofing was better than expected, so I spent my time comfortably, with only the occasional ambulance siren sound. The location was not bad, taking about 10 minutes to get to District 1 by motorcycle. It was a safe and comfortable trip.

It feels like something is lacking by 2%. It's not originally an expensive luxury hotel, but the facilities and staff are a bit disappointing. Not bad. There is also a mini bar...

The environment is nice and the waiters are very enthusiastic. The room is cleaned very clean and new toiletries are provided every day. I didn’t try the hotel’s spa this time. I’ll give it a try next time.

Pretty good. Physical hygiene is ok, but spiritual matters are not clean.
