It's about a 3-minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. It's also about a 15-minute walk to Takashimaya. The location is perfect.
We rented 3 rooms, and 2 of them were upgraded so they were comfortable, but the single room was on a floor with no windows or elevator and was not clean. We were able to change rooms, but that room also had a bad leak and the floor was soaked. We had to pay the difference of 200,000 yen to change the room and resolve the issue. This is a hotel where satisfaction varies greatly depending on the room.
There are no tissues. There is no hot water.
This hotel is worth the price. Above all, the location is great. The guy at the front desk doesn't speak English. We had to use Google Translate to communicate.
