We booked this hotel , on arrival there was a lot of chaos as 6 people, individuals bookings ,where in the office demanding to get their money back as the rooms were not same as described and photos did not match rooms, there wasn’t the amount of beds requested etc . The atmosphere was horrible. We are shown our room . It was not that show in the photos by any standard!! We had booked a deluxe king size, this was not , DELUXE!! Due to the chaos downstairs ,we felt sorry for the staff and decided to stay regardless of the falsely advertised room which was no up to standard to stay the two nights booked . We payed 500, 000 d deposit instead of handling over our passport as requested . When checking out they then demanded we pay for a towel that I had used after showering . The towel was used and was a little grubby as we had been out all day in the polluted air of the city . They demanded we pay for it !! I strongly disagreed with this . We did have to pay eventually ,as we needed to catch a lift. Basically the towel was used and needed washing as would any towel after use . This hotel then has registered me as cancelling the booking!! I guess this is so we can’t rewrite a review? This hotel is not a 9.2 reviewed hotel . The other people who left said they were going to write a review but they obviously were blocked from doing so too ! this hotel is a disgrace.
