The price/performance ratio is very high, but the air conditioner was dripping on the night of check-in, which made me sleep poorly, and I even took out a bath towel to put on the floor. It was fixed immediately the next day, which was OK.

Although the room is not big, it is very tasteful. The whole hotel is very design-oriented, with ingenuity in every detail; the restaurant on the second floor is the ultimate in French aesthetics, which is amazing, and art students are amazed. The swimming pool on the rooftop is also very beautiful. There are few people before 3 pm, and many people go up there for Happy Hour after 3 pm. I will stay here again when I come to Ho Chi Minh City in the future.
The only regret is that I booked the more expensive Deluxe King room because I particularly like the red bathtub in the online picture, but when I checked in, because there were two adults and one child, I was told that the bed in that room type was too small to accommodate them, so I had to change it to the cheaper Cityview twin room. There is a price difference of almost 200 yuan between these two room types on Ctrip, but the hotel did not mention the refund.

Very poor service. We arrived at 11pm. When the front desk saw our Chinese passport, they didn't want to deal with us. Isn't the purpose of traveling to facilitate communication and have something to eat? The Chinese service in the introduction is fake. There is no Chinese at all. We can only use English vocabulary. The room delivery service in the introduction is also fake. There is no food at all. They don't accept RMB for deposit. They say they only accept US dollars and Vietnamese dong. Secondly, the environment of the room is hard to describe. It's old and smelly. I don't even want to touch the pillows and quilts. The 1188 room is really not as convenient as the 200 city rooms in China. The shampoo and shower gel also have a smell. We checked out at 6am. We couldn't sleep. We brushed our teeth before leaving. The toothpaste was still in the packaging bag. It was so greasy. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! !

Great hotel with great decor. Staff was very nice and roof top bar was super good place to wind down after long day in the heat. Great hotel and location was very good too. Easy to get around by foot and everything near by we wanted to do.
