M Hotel Saigon Reviews

The location was so perfect, right next to the best shopping mall in Saigon (Takashimaya). The room was clean and very spacious. The bathtub was the main highlight.

This was a really great hotel located literally less than 50 steps away from Takashimaya as shown in the images. The design of the hotel was modern and chic. Finishes in the hotel were also of good quality. Didn't try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Staff were friendly and very ready to assist. Highly recommended.

Hotel was in a very good location. The service was also immaculate. They even provided us with wine for our anniversary. They were caring enough to return our items to us (left in the room) upon check out. Ps: The rooms are not soundproof. You will be able to hear the noise from outside quite clearly.

This is one of the best hotels in the Ho Chi Minh area District 1. Very close to the center of the city just 2 blocks away, you already see the coffee apartments, Ho Chi Minh statue, Saigon Opera house and the walking street area. Plus, the hotel staff are all very accommodating and friendly. They made an extra effort helping us with our needs during our stay and was able to provide our needs and more. They are very proactive to check on us from time to time if all is ok. I am happy we’ve chose this hotel, it is an awesome experience!

Good location, just behind Saigon Center. Easy to find foods and drinks around there. Room is spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast is good.

Good location right beside Saigon centre. 10mins walk to Ben Thanh market. Beside the hotel has a lot of eateries like Belgian beer place, Ippudo, Koi bubble tea etc. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff service was good and friendly. It is affordable and well priced.

The overall hotel is really nice. Staffs services are awesome, very kind and polite. The location is in the middle of everything but one thing is that you can hear music almost all day. My room was on 6th floor but still can hear noise from the streets.

The room layout is suitable only if you travel alone or as a couple. The hotel is just next to the mall. There are many reviews about the noise, and it is true. But this depends on where your room faces. My colleague had a room that faced other buildings so it was quiet while mine faced the street where all the clubs were. I'm not a light sleeper and I couldn't sleep with the touting from the streets. The noise is for the whole week, and ends around 2-3am. The walls are thin too as per other reviews cos the room above me came back at 2am (probably from the clubs) and I could hear them. As a summary, you need to be in the right room for this hotel. I happened to be in the wrong room for 2 nights.
