Amazing stay here, staff (Wy and Rin) was super accommodating. They helped us arrange tours, watch our luggage, and shower after our tour. Would recommend you stay here. Great location as well!

The room was clean and up to expectations. Comfortable to sleep in and stay in. Toilet was very good too especially with a heated toilet seat. Service was great overall and exceeded expectations. The receptionist, Suee, was great as she helped us with her seamless check-in experience without any hassle. She was very polite to us. The bellmen, Mike Rin and Wy were fantastic as they always helped us open the door and helped us carry our baggage down. They have excellent service as they would always greet us and press the lift button for us. Such small acts of kindness will leave a good impression on tourists. Will recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good place to stay with a good location as well.

I have chance to visit Ho Chi Minh city and this is one of the best hotel we have ever stayed so far. The staff have surprised us with the warmest welcome. The breakfast was on point with many delicious options. The room was very clean and great smell. Huge thanks to Mr. Long manager and all the amazing staffs. We love it a lot. We will be back for sure on the next summer! Highly recommended!!!

It's not a big hotel, but adequate for tourists who want to enjoy tourist attractions in District 1 Ho Chi Minh City. There is a jacuzzi pool on the roof top (my children likes it), although the size is not too big. The check-in and check-out process was fast, breakfast was served with a buffet and the menu was quite varied, the staff at the FO section were quite friendly, including a staff member named Wy who was very helpful to us when we checked-out from the hotel.

The hotel is at good location. Not so well maintained and hotel will ask for extra money for bringing extra partner.

This was my first time in Saigon so I didn't know what to expect. The one good choice I did make was choosing this hotel. The staff is so helpful and friendly, when I arrived I was given an ice drink. I had a late flight so I left my bags at the hotel after I checked out. My bags were kept safe. When I got back to pick up my bags, the pretty lady at reception served me a glass of cold juice and she helped me charge my phone. She and another colleague chatted to me and were nice and friendly. Her name was Suee and she is excellent. They advised me about the airport and helped me carry my bags to the car. The staff were so nice and friendly ill definitely came back here during my next stay in Saigon. Hotel, price is good and you get a big room with a tub and a nice toilet. The room has everything that you would need. There's a beautiful pool and rooftop garden. Location, it's close to Little Japan. Close to an awesome nightlife scene, massage parlours and beauty salons and many great restaurants, also close to many tourist attractions.

The hotel was clean, in a busy location that’s near to everything. The jacuzzi pool was quaint with a beautiful view, and the room was nice with a bouncy mattress. The staff were universally friendly. My only issue was with the breakfast in that it is too mixed up, but not mixed enough. It’s not western, Vietnamese, or pan-Asian, so you can’t find enough kinds of food to suit your palate.

Stayed in the hotel in April 2024. Overall it was good stay. The only thing was a couple of small lizards seen in the room, probably due to tropical weather but still a hotel room should be cleaner. Breakfast wasn’t as good as I expected. Great location. Very close to good restaurants and convenience stores. The pool was a bit too small, great views from the rooftop though. I’d stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location in the Japanese section of Saigon and the staff were very accommodating. Wy was especially friendly and helpful!

Great hotel for the price that you are paying. It's clean and the staff is really helpful. Located at a very convenient location with lots of interesting places around. Shout out to the staff Wy who is really helpful and attentive throughout my stay there.

This is a hotel you should experience when coming to HCM, Centrally located with some famous places around, Mike and Rin they gave me a pleasure when I was there. Thanks a lot

Hotel is located close to all the main attractions in District 1. Very close to Japan Town. Front desk and other staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Very satisfied, the hotel is better than expected Wy and Sue staff work very well, the rooftop is my favorite place can see very beautiful views, the plunge pool is also quite great

hotel location and service is good(my and sue). only observation is the temperature of water heater is not hot.
