Galaxy Boutique Sai Gon Central Hotel Reviews

First time traveling to Ho Chi Minh city, I have heard story about many seem-very-nice, middle price range hotels on advertisement, but turns out they are dirty, low quality and hard to find in a long, zigzaging alleyway. But when coming here, I was pleased to see it was really easy to find, the location is right next to Bui Vien street and big road. The twin room with stacking bed was quite small, the toilet too, but it was expected in this price range. The facilities are enough to stay. The way the room being arranged and set up was convenient and thought-through. Thank you for the stay. I enjoyed it very much!

Central easy to get around very quiet alley way highland coffee shop across the street and 7/11 there as well lots of food stalls and good restaurants reception staff where amazing spoke good English and very helpful with laundry and calling taxis

The service lady is very enthusiastic and can also speak Chinese. It's great. The price is very favorable. The facilities are simple. I don't have high requirements for accommodation. I can choose because it is in a small alley. I am a little worried about not knowing Vietnamese. Although I checked in, We didn't stay overnight, so we moved directly to another room. I feel I was misled by the promotional pictures. 😀

The location is great near Bui Vien Street, but the cleanliness is a little lacking. However, I think it's reasonable considering the cost.

The location was very good. There is hot water in the shower. Cleanliness is ok. It smelled a little musty and there were no windows. Wouldn't stay there again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Hanz GALAXY hotel is corrupt and uses scams. They say on arrival that the room is mistakenly double booked and they send you to a another & dodgy hotel of them (for the same price). Than they cancel on the booking system so they do not have to pay the booking system. There are so many good & nice places in Ho Chi Minh that are correct.
