Booked and pre paid for a large VIP room (34m2)but they tried to put me into a standard (-20m2), They did change when I insisted.
Room was not ready even though I was 2 hours later arriving.
No soaps, had to Ask.
No Hot water, had to ask but after 3 days no hot water. Just as well it was 37 deg C
Floors were dirty and not washed.
Location for my business meetings was good.
