The hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay during our trips. The staffs are very kind and available help us to call grab and moto. They are always smile and clever to manage the room and food. Someday we leave very early in the moring, they also help to packing good breakfast. We are very happy and enjoy to stay here...next time, we will come again..see you ParkHill Hotel

Was given a level 5 room so it is quieter. Room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Closed proximity to many restaurants is a plus.

House keeper forgetful. Just one pair of slippers, no spoon with two available cup set. Only half size BODY WASH & SHAMPOO. BED SHEET got old blood stain but hiden on the underside, facing bed!

On the second day, your wife hanged " do not disturb" so the housekeeper didn't come to clean up the room for you but we had supported to change to towels, fill minibar, amenities for you in late evening. So, I hope that next time if you want to clean up the room, please hang: make up room instead do not disturb. Thanks

Hue Nguyen at the reception is very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed staying at this place. Best location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Hope to come back here again. Best of all, I was offered free upgrade for my room type. Thank you very much.

The place is good but the shower part is moldy as well as part of the room and most guest smokes in all areas

The building was under construction….while we stayed there. It was too noisy.

Construction is next door to the hotel and it is allowed to operate from 8:00am - 5:00pm, so which will not affect your's sleep night.
