Nice hotel and good location for my trip

Good service

Free cosplay rental service, nice room but very poor soundproofing

An unexpected love hotel where soundproofing is needed There are no hotels where travelers stay Overall, there is a lot to see around. It's in an alley, so you have to look for the signboard carefully.

I first booked this hotel for a business trip in Saigon. I was really surprised by the service at the hotel, the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Clean room, modern equipment, luxurious design. The security guard here enthusiastically gave me a raincoat and helped me cover my umbrella when it rained. Next time I have a chance to come to Saigon, I will come back here again.

The room here is not only clean but also very comfortable and fully equipped. Having a Jacuzzi tub and sauna really makes for great relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. Not only that, in-room projectors are very convenient for enjoying movies or entertainment experiences. But what made my experience even more special was that the staff were extremely sweet and provided quick support. They are always ready to help and make sure everything goes smoothly for customers. I am really satisfied with every aspect at CUPID HOTEL and will definitely come back again!

Very nice hotel, modern room equipment. Professional reception staff from housekeeping to parking security. The room is always cleaned when I return. The room is full of everything I need. Will definitely come back here one day soon Very good

Rất thích concept decor của khách sạn, chăn và nệm sạch sẽ thơm tho. Nhân viên luôn ân cần hỗ trợ khách rất nhiệt tình và đúng lúc đúng thời điểm. Vị trí cách trung tâm thành phố không xa nên rất thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển. Gần khu vực khách sạn có nhiều địa điểm bán đồ ăn rất ngon

Mình có ở lại khách sạn 1 đêm để nghỉ ngơi Và thấy phòng được trang trí rất đẹp và hợp lý Phòng được vệ sinh rất sạch Nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện Bell rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ đỗ xe ô tô và xe máy House thì thân thiện khi nhờ hỗ trợ dọn lại phòng và nhận giúp đồ ăn Tất cả mọi thứ ở đây rất là tuyệt vời
