Queen Central Hotel - Ben Thanh Market Reviews

This hotel was good for muslim people since it in the halal food neighborhood. The room just enough for sleep but bad experience for me. The room not clean enough with minimal hospitality, the staff clean the room meanwhile the guests still inside the room, I don’t know if the culture here was like this. The room to stay was so expensive, higher than online platform. Not recommended if im back to HCMC. Just good because near halal food. Please consider the guest experiences

This hotel’s cleanliness is well below average. Looks dodgy but have no choice, since we were on transit. Location wise is good. Near to restaurants and the market. But I will not want to stay here again.

It’s not worth to stay there as the room is not cleaned properly and the extra bed was not good at all (they putted the wooden plate with hollow brick support, it’s not safe). The bathroom is not cleaned properly as well when you take a shower the water will be clogged. I think they need to recheck and maintain all the amenities included the mattress, pillow.. etc.

The location is very close to Ben Thanh which is so awesome plus a lot of nearby restaurants too. They also keep sending us water everyday which is good. Thank you so much😊

Location strategic near to Ben Thanh Merket. Walking distance for halal restaurant. I got triple room with balcony & view was superb. Will booking this hotel again next visit

Great location, but sadly room n toilet not clean. No water bottle provided. Also, in my room i did not have towel and i asked the receptionist they said will sent to my room till i check out i did not received it.

As a muslim traveller, the location is great as halal restaurants are just opposite hotel. Hotel condition overalls ok, however the furniture is a bit old. But everything is ok.

I didn’t stay for more than 25 min in afternoon. There was unbearable smell in the room from food, fungus and mould was present in the corner of the walls as well as in the washroom. I got itchy throat and fever subsequently. I do not recommend wasting money on this hotel. I booked for two nights prepaid and haven’t got any money back even after sharing mould pictures and Broken door handle . Very old property and receptionist lied and didn’t allow me to talk to owner so I couldn’t complain to owner directly. I stayed in my previous hotel rebooked and paid extra there. Next day I came back coz I missed something and they have already rented out my room to someone else there luggage was all over the room which I paid for two nights and had the key for . So illegally makjng double income on one room. Trip.com tried but owner denied request of even one night cancellation overall bad experience .
