Queen Central Hotel - Ben Thanh Market Reviews

I didn’t stay for more than 25 min in afternoon. There was unbearable smell in the room from food, fungus and mould was present in the corner of the walls as well as in the washroom. I got itchy throat and fever subsequently. I do not recommend wasting money on this hotel. I booked for two nights prepaid and haven’t got any money back even after sharing mould pictures and Broken door handle . Very old property and receptionist lied and didn’t allow me to talk to owner so I couldn’t complain to owner directly. I stayed in my previous hotel rebooked and paid extra there. Next day I came back coz I missed something and they have already rented out my room to someone else there luggage was all over the room which I paid for two nights and had the key for . So illegally makjng double income on one room. Trip.com tried but owner denied request of even one night cancellation overall bad experience .

Could use better cleanliness of the room. Mould all over the toilet.

Very bad service small room no space for move easy. I don't like the hotel At all I strictly suggestion. Please inform all hotels to upload real pictures of all rooms and facilities.

My regular hotel. Though the hotel is quite old, every time i come Saigon, i will stay at this hotel. Many food stalls and ladies at this street.

Excellent location with halal food nearby. Need to improve on the cleanliness though. When we requested to make up the room, they just changed the towels but did not mop/vacuum the floor because the bread crumble we left was still there 😅. Hotel with basic necessities. That's ok since we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Just to sleep. Overall the hotel is ok. Don't expect much.

This is a completely useless and dirty hotel. You should never stay here.The toilet has been made by making some adjustments inside the room itself.Therefore, toilet water enters various places in the room and the entire room becomes wet.Even in the name of service the hotel is zero.Attempts have been made to renovate a very old hotel but have not been successful.

The staff so nice, good location, this hotel near to the popular market and you can take the motorbike 10 minutes or walk around 20 minutes to the landmarks in Hochiminh, have a nice bar at the corner and can walk around 10 minutes to the walking street!

I was travelling alone in another country so it’s very important for me to choose a safe and clean environment. This hotel is really good, will surely stay again.

The hotel was nice very close to the Ben Thanh market easy to find halal food front of the hotel and staff was very friendly.

The only great thing is the location. Other than that, nothing much. Not really clean room. Sink that clogged without any initiative to be repaired. Overall 4/10 from me.

Hotel is extremely good value. It's clear most of the money is spent on the interior design rather than the exterior. Perfect example of hotel done right.

The service wasn’t good. The bathroom wasn’t clean and sheets had stains on them. The price was cheap for Ho Chi Minh. The staff tried to make us pay 100,000 extra to clean 1 towel as it had 5 specks of chocolate on it. I cleaned it in 45secs in the bathroom sink and they change their mind. Convenient location and it’s a bed to sleep in but that’s where it ends.

Perfect location if you’re keen on shopping as Ben Thanh market just a few minutes away. Too many restaurants and shops, quite a central location to other spots.
