The receptionist was very good. Be patient and everything will be resolved. I like the care. I will return in the future. I really recommend this place. It is close to many restaurants, there is a shopping mall nearby which at night can be a quiet walk. Lots of street food. Typical dishes, for less than $10 can be eaten quietly in many places.

Terrible hotel. Room without window. Doesn't match the reviews or description. The photo of the pool is still a mystery to me where it was taken from, because there is nothing like it nearby or even an hour away. There is absolutely no territory of your own; you leave the hotel directly to a noisy road. There is not a single cafe nearby to eat. The cafe nearby is just a name, because there are only drinks there. There is no food at all, nothing. Only Vietnamese and only on the street. I'm glad that at least seafood and fruits are available for sale on the street. We ran away from the hotel on the 3rd day, although the reservation was for 2 weeks. There is no ventilation, there is nothing to breathe. There is no sound insulation, you can hear the neighbor coughing and blowing his nose behind the wall. I don't recommend it!
