排水が詰まって、不衛生。
トイレの辺りまでビチャビチャ。
繁華街まで近く、便利。
美味しいカフェが多く、コンビニも近くにある。

The drains are clogged and it's unsanitary.
The toilets are also squishy.
Conveniently located near downtown.
There are many delicious cafes and convenience stores nearby.

It's an indescribable experience. The soundproofing is not very good and the room smells very heavy of oil smoke.
