Pros: -Friendly staff -Good location: near heaps of restaurants and a lovely spa across Cons: -The room booked wasn’t available. The front desk staff informed us the guest will extend his stay until 10PM. That was unacceptable knowing their has been reservations made days prior. We weren’t happy about the change. -The air conditioning unit wasn’t strong enough to cool the room. You can feel the heat especially in the afternoon.

The room are spacious and clean. The kids love the room colour combination and will come back to stay again.

It was really the worst except for the location. I stayed on the 5th floor and there was a den of cockroaches. I saw so many cockroaches that I was speechless. The facilities were also really bad. It's a hotel I won't go to again.

A nightmare!! Room reserved for 2 nights. Arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., impossible to check in before 2:30 p.m. Very difficult communication with staff. When we got to the room it was dirty. No tea or coffee pods for a so-called Deluxe room. Presence of human secretion on the red bathtub!!!!!! Fungus on bathroom ceiling, dirty doors, dirty floor!! Poor Wi-Fi. We decided to flee the hotel when we noticed that the bed sheets had not been changed, lots of long black hairs at the bottom of the bed, black stains on the sheets. And a big cockroach running through the room 🙄😱 Impossible to upload the photos to prove all this!! Damage

The air conditioner in the room is not good and the sanitary condition is not good..... There are also bugs... They don't clean it properly....

Good location and satisfactory for the price, but I am very grateful for the kindness of the staff. When I visit Ho Chi Minh's wife's hometown, I sometimes stay for one night, but I think I will come often. Thank you

Overall, it seems to be a good place. There is also a club right next to a good place to sleep lightly, so I am satisfied in my own way. Let others hear it and use it.

Very good service attitude

Do not book this hotel. The room was not fully clean and looked rather tacky with poor cracked painting. The bed was very thin and as solid as a rock. We checked in at around 7 pm, dropped our bags in the room, had a look around, and then went out straight away. We got back to find a cockroach in our room. We grabbed our stuff and left the room. We spoke to the receptionist who didn't seem at all bothered that there were cockroaches in our room and acted as if it was a regular thing. We asked for a full refund. This was at approximately 11pm. After some waiting, the receptionists stated he would give us a full refund, but he didn't have enough money at the time. we agreed to come back the next day to collect our refund. We come back the next day to be told that they would only refund us one night out of our two night stay as we had stayed in the room from 7pm to 11pm and that they would have only refunded the full thing if we requested it within five minutes of getting into our room. Throughout the "refund process" the receptionist was less than helpful, wasnt apologetic at all and kept trying to say that we did in fact stay at the hotel (the 4 hours we were checked in) so would only give us a one day refund when we had booked for 2 nights. The fact they wouldn't fully refund us is absolutely disgusting given the fact that there was a cockroach in our room. Do not stay here!

The rooms look nothing like the pictures and smells like human waste. Shower was broken and barely usable. Cockroaches in the room and when staff were made aware they did nothing. Awful experience!!!!

The customer service of the hotel is very good. The service of the hotel housekeeping staff was excellent, our room was cleaned every day. The hotel is in a great location, close to Ben Thanh Market and Halal restaurants. The hotel's wifi has a wide coverage and a strong signal. But be careful when you cross the road in Saigon, it is really dangerous to cross the road here.
