Everything as expected as shown on pictures . Very clean. quiet and reasonable size room with window , and good value and price and good location, fast check in too . Walking distance , 5 mins to pham ngu lao and walking street. Many eateries and good food around this area, Only disappointment there is no daily cleaning but which the price i paid i have no complaint.

The room is of a suitable size, and there is no cheaper hotel in District 1 for a short-term stay. Transportation is very good. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and large marts nearby.

The location is good and there are many currency exchange rooms. You have to request cleaning and there are a lot of mosquitoes on the first floor. There is no elevator so you have to walk up, so I think the 2nd floor would be better.

It was very, very bad. In the first place, the pin information and location information shown was wrong, so I walked about 1.5 kilometers while rolling my suitcase. At the time of check-in, no one was there and the staff arrived after about 10 minutes. The room itself was okay, but I was in trouble because there was no hot water in the shower. The location was convenient because you can go anywhere. At this level of hotel in this price range, I felt that staying in an expensive dormitory was definitely a better deal.

It is not cleaned every day and you still have to walk up the stairs on the fifth floor. The service quality of the hotel is really bad. The only advantage is that the price is not high and the location is good.

Stayed for 2 nights here. The room itself was clean and didn’t smell of smoke or anything. The bed was comfy and the wifi and shower were good. The staff were around all the time, and often greeted us, but as they didn’t speak much English we didn’t interact all that much. Our stay was at a good price, and we would stay again!

Quiet, peaceful for resting. Very basic furniture. Room a bit small. A bit annoyed if you bring heavy luggage, no lift. Pretty ok if you only need to stay and go around.

There was a very bad of service mostly staffs were not present at front desk, only one towel per room. The staff’s attitude was not acceptable

The location of ********** was wrong, but the location on Google Maps was correct. I got lost at first even when I looked at Google Maps, but I was able to find it. It was cheap, but it was clean enough that I was satisfied. There was also a convenience store and a restaurant nearby, which was nice.
