Our stay was not bad. But hotel must be improved from all sides.

So i was booked from trip app for 1 night at saigon hanoi hotel. I paid for more than $40 dollars but the room I booked its not same like on picture and the staff told me when i was check in! I'm so upset because im was paid more money but the room up to 9 floor and the elevator was not go through. I have to walked 1 more floors to get to my room!!!! I need some discount from this book because its not worth it

strategically located, easy to find food and shopping. this hotel room is not soundproof, you can hear the sound of people chatting in the hallway from inside the room.

The hotel is very small but comfortable. Able to accommodate extra person but need to pay for that person (comes with breakfast). Overall pleased with the place and the service rendered.

Recommended... staff very helpful and fast service... clean & nice deco
