Small rooms, tiny balcony, some troubles with hot water, friendly staff, you've got good quality for the price.

It’s nice and newly built accommodation near to circle k and coop mart. Market at walking distance but I used grab to go eat and Shop nearby. Little far from Saigon central but nice location. Room didn’t have the window. There is upgraded room with balcony that’s pricey but worth it . And sink is inside The bedroom That I big minus . Otherwise good place to stay . Nice wi fi .

1. The small room in the house had a very strong smell and musty smell. It was already 11 o'clock in the middle of the night when we arrived. There was no way to find a hotel again, so we rested for a few hours with the door open. It is no exaggeration to say that there was no one in the house unless the door was opened. 2. Ctrip booked a room with a window and arranged a room without a window at the hotel. 3. There was no hot water and the shower was filled with cold water. 4. There was only a glass panel as high as one person between the bathroom and the bedroom. There was no exhaust and the whole room was full in the bathroom. The smell is bad, 5. The toilet is against the glass between the legs when you sit down, 6. You can cancel on two of the four days you booked. The hotel does not agree to cancel the reservation for the second day. We have reported various issues about the hotel to Ctrip and us. I don’t know where the good reviews for this hotel came from. I haven’t stayed here at all. Very clean and friendly. There is a hole in the wall above the bathroom. The room and bathroom air intersect. The toilet smells in the room, but it is so clean for the price that there is no problem using it with family members.

I had a wonderful experience at Mari Hotel in District 1. The hotel is small but extremely clean and cozy, making me feel right at home. Especially, the staff member Son was very enthusiastic, lovely, and friendly, always ready to help and make my trip more complete. The hotel's location is also a big plus, being right in the city center and close to Ben Thanh Market, making it very convenient for commuting and shopping. Additionally, having a 24-hour convenience store nearby made it easy for me to purchase necessary items at any time. I will definitely come back here for my next visits to Saigon!
