It’s nice and newly built accommodation near to circle k and coop mart. Market at walking distance but I used grab to go eat and Shop nearby. Little far from Saigon central but nice location. Room didn’t have the window. There is upgraded room with balcony that’s pricey but worth it . And sink is inside The bedroom That I big minus . Otherwise good place to stay . Nice wi fi .

The room is a little small and there is no dressing table, but it is tidy. The reception staff provided warm service. There are many restaurants nearby and it is convenient to eat.

Very clean and friendly. There is a hole in the wall above the bathroom. The room and bathroom air intersect. The toilet smells in the room, but it is so clean for the price that there is no problem using it with family members.

I had a wonderful experience at Mari Hotel in District 1. The hotel is small but extremely clean and cozy, making me feel right at home. Especially, the staff member Son was very enthusiastic, lovely, and friendly, always ready to help and make my trip more complete. The hotel's location is also a big plus, being right in the city center and close to Ben Thanh Market, making it very convenient for commuting and shopping. Additionally, having a 24-hour convenience store nearby made it easy for me to purchase necessary items at any time. I will definitely come back here for my next visits to Saigon!

It was a fantastic stay on both counts, room comfort and hygiene as well as the extremely warm hospitality and service. The latter was truly above and beyond. Special mention to Mr Son on the front office. Stayed in a superior double, room size is definitely on the smaller side, hardly any space to manoeuvre or park your luggage. The bathrooms are tiny but can’t complain when you get to be next to the bustling center of town and at a room rate that’s total value for money! Will definitely drop in here again the next time I’m around

I found a promotional price for this hotel on various websites and decided to book a room from Agoda. The next day the hotel send me a message, asking me to cancel the booking because of the low price. I contacted Agoda, and they got back to me a day later, saying the hotel agreed to accommodate me. They even spoke to the hotel receptionist and confirmed my booking. I forwarded the confirmation email to the hotel to verify, but instead they send me another pushy message demanding that I cancel the booking. They threatened that they would place an additional surcharge on my booking if I did not. I attached their messages and sent them to Agoda. Once again, Agoda tried to confirm my booking with them, but three days later the hotel has yet to respond. Meanwhile, I've decided not to stay at this hotel. They promised something to Agoda but they keep telling me a different story. I find them untrustworthy, unprofessional and disgraceful.

Oh my, they are the best I've slept on in Vietnam – like sleeping on a cloud! The staff here are the real stars. They're so helpful, even with things like ordering food on Shopee or getting a Grab bike. Their English might not be perfect, but they try so hard and it's really adorable.
