Don't come, for 750k/night you can find a better room for your family, the staff attitude is extremely bad. Smiling sarcastically at customers when they are clearly wrong. Thinking why the room had all the wires broken at the head of the bed, it was dusty, the bed sheet was also dirty, the water was weak and still sold to guests, I called before arriving but didn't go up to check the room again before handing it over to the guest. I also work in the service industry, I know, the master card is only kept by employees, but when I complained about my friend's room, the receptionist said he would change my room and let me go up and see the room first, however. She didn't lead me up, but gave me her master card so I could open the door and see for myself. But the room she wanted to change to me had a broken door lock and a hole in the lock. My family didn't leave but still stayed because when I arrived it was already dark and I was tired from the countryside so I had to stay but I honestly felt like it was a waste of 750k spent on this terrible hotel. If it was the first day, I would have called to come. When I asked if there was a room available, the receptionist told me that I would have found another room instead of coming to receive that bad service.
