Can't beat the location, right at the center of district one, close to multiple attractions and the waterfront. Really like the outdoor pool. The hotel might be a little old, but it still retains the luxurious characteristics. Hotel staffs are friendly, the breakfast buffet is amazing, and my personal favorite is the pho.

Although the hotel itself is quite dated, and deco is not so modern, overall stay is present and nice. Breakfast is good and staffs ate friendly. For holiday travellers location counted most, this hotel offers easy and close access to all city center tourist spots.

Request to a quiet room upon booking so they will assign you to such so you can relax. Based on our experience, upon arrival we were assign a room on Rex Hotel side which is too noisy. We then requested to move to a quieter room but was told that only a room with 1 queen bed is available (we booked for a room with 2 beds) to which we accepted. The room seemed not often used but was quiet than our first room. We were then asked if we would like to transfer to another woth two beds the following day which we agreed. We left our bags at the lobby while waiting for the room availability we left the hotel. When we came back we were told that our room was ready and they upgraded it to a bigger room. They are very approachable and responded to requests as fast as they could. Breakfast buffet was great. There are usually events during weekends and they close the roads surrounding the hotel so you need to walk a bit if you arrive or leave during weekends.

Nice place to stay in , friendly staff and hotel is near to city.

Stayed here for 4 nights was great location we were given a room Upgrade which was nice but our rooms were opposite a disco set up that pumped music all day and into the night this was a big let down did mention it to the staff. as we were out early we hope for early nights and good sleep. Breakfast good selection freshly made omelets and noodle broth soups . great size room would recommend to any one to stay here but ask for the left hand side for quieter rooms Great staff the city circler sight seeing bus stops right next to the hotel .

The hotel is in the heart of the city closed to the main touristic spots. What impressed me the most was the cleaninless of the aisle, It smells like a clinic. Spotless! The breakfast was amazing, wide selection of Asian and western options, they even served the bouche de Noel for Xmas! Really a good experience. The personnel at the front desk was happy to help us, and there was a nice art exhibition held in the lobby too.

Centralised location in front of the community area. Many street performances in the evening at this area. Walking distance within malls. Impressive sushi teh restaurant beside the hotel,a building with all different choice of cafes. Super king size bed provided!!

Close to my Working place and overall nice location in center You can go anywhere from here easily

Hotel might be not so new but very clean with excellent breakfast.

Prime location in district 1. Super friendly staff and spacious room. The only draw back is that there’s no window in the room, which I understand as it could be very noisy with the hotel being very close to the main road.

Smiling face but Arrogant service attitude. Other things are passable as the price paid. Breakfast environment too crowded and noisy to enjoy and lack of arrangement.

You get a bit of noise from the square in front of the hotel. Otherwise great location.

The hotel itself is old but clean and comfortable, rooms are big, the location is the best, the pool is great the breakfast is nice, in general I recommend

staffs are helpful and accomodating. buffet breakfast so good and most importantly hotel location is located at the heart of the city, very convenient and nearby tourist spots. Highly recommended this hotel.
