I stayed in a 3-bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable for a group or family stay. Service was excellent. The staff could communicate well in English and were very polite and friendly. Even when getting out of the car, someone would come forward to open the door for you. Overall, the hospitality was very good. I didn’t actually try the breakfast, but I took some photos and it looked pretty good. The price is slightly expensive, so I think trying it for one day is enough since there are many food places around the hotel. The facilities were nice and clean. The swimming pool was well maintained, and there was a yoga room, game room with PS5 (although the game selection was limited), a movie room, and other entertainment facilities as well. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better. While walking outside the room, I could hear kitchen noises and people talking from inside other rooms. Overall, I would rate it 4/5. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would choose this hotel again next time 👍

The suite is very spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and kitchenware. The location is great, close to attractions whether you take a taxi or walk. The hotel also has a swimming pool and comprehensive entertainment facilities. The swimming pool restrooms and showers are large and come with a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo.

Returned to Ho Chi Minh City from Da Nang and stayed here again, mainly because of its excellent location. It's only about a fifteen-minute drive from the airport, situated in the quiet and safe consulate district. Dining is also convenient; there's a cafe right across the street where we had breakfast every day. This time, the front desk even upgraded my booked two-bedroom suite to a three-bedroom one, which was a bit excessive for three people, haha. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to the Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, and the church. We were upgraded from a two-bedroom to a three-bedroom suite, although we didn't need that many rooms, haha. Our family was very comfortable. The breakfast was just okay, not very varied, but for the price, it was acceptable.

This hotel was a very disappointing experience and does not meet five-star standards at all. From the first day, the front desk refused to give us a high-floor room and only assigned us a 2nd-floor room, saying no other rooms were available. I usually book through Trip.com and always request a higher floor in advance, and I have never had this issue at other hotels. I did not argue further at the time. However, after staying in the room for about two hours, we noticed a very strong renovation/formaldehyde smell. My eyes started burning, and both my wife and I could clearly feel it. When I complained, they sent someone to the room and simply sprayed perfume, which was shocking and completely unacceptable for a so-called five-star hotel. After speaking with the manager, they finally changed our room. Overall, during the five-night stay, the hotel felt like an old building that was purchased and roughly renovated, not a newly built luxury hotel. You can clearly see that the windows and doors have an extra second layer added, which looks very rough, although it helps slightly with soundproofing. On the fourth day, the air conditioner started leaking water — first a little, then a large amount — and we had to call staff again. Breakfast was also very average, and the entire stay was unpleasant. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Nice hotel. A little walk from the town center but then we needed that quietness and away from the chaos of Saigon. Staff was professional and courteous. We will definitely book it again if we were in SGN.

The apartment is quite spacious and features double-paned windows, which effectively minimize traffic noise. While the renovations may be older, the property is well-maintained.

The vibe is a bit old-fashioned; there's no separate shower. The lobby is luxurious, but the rooms are quite basic.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The only drawback is that it’s not a halal hotel, so Muslim guests may find limited food options.

Our first night was in a huge room on the fifth floor with one 1.8m bed and four 1.3m beds. The room was spacious enough, but the air conditioning was old and noisy. The next day, we found it too big and switched to a smaller room: one with a 1.8m bed and another with two 1.3m beds. These were great, clean, and had new air conditioning without that noisy sound. Very good, suitable for family travel.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. 100% perfect. pool sauna steam room very nice great service. Thought breakfast was overpriced for Western pallette. I dont particularly fancy Pho for breakfast but that's my issue not the accommodation. overall very nice accommodation would definitely stay again if ever in HCMC.
