The environment and facilities are very good
The only flaw is that the bathroom door does not stop the water from overflowing. Because the water pressure is very strong, if you use the shower head accidentally, water will overflow out of the door~

Overall, a very convenient property, but facilities and design are a bit dated and depending on the room it can be noisy (hallways/ doors).
However, staff are fantastic about solving problems when they arise, and my overall stay was good.

This is the hotel I go to every time I go on a business trip to Ho Chi Minh.
It is a very satisfying hotel for the price.
It is very good because you can walk to District 1 for about 10 minutes for exercise. I recommend it.

Location is excellent, easy to get taxi or private hired vehicle to move around. Took Grab to city centre cost less than US$2. Restaurants and cafes nearby are within walking distance. Despite the property is ageing, room was comfort and clean, can opts out housekeeping if you wish to. Breakfast provided by the property was simple, adequate to meet basic needs. There is also a convenience store at lobby level open till 10pm. Service staff were courteous and efficient, check-in and check-out took less than 3 minutes. Overall a good choice for business traveller.

We have stayed in Ho Chi Minh several times. However, the last two times we have always chosen this hotel. Very convenient location to the center, attractions, night market, banks/ATMs, shops. Everything is within walking distance. Excellent gym. There is a swimming pool. The room has everything you need - air conditioning, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine. Large balcony with a view of the city. The room has excellent soundproofing. You can order breakfast, but there is a great cafe nearby with coffee, tea, pastries.
