It’s old. Location is just average. Service in lobby is good and expeditious.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fine since we can get a grab everywhere. We were provided with a gallon of water for our 2 bedroom apartment. However, the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishing. - Many cracked tiles in the bathroom - The painted walls are old and looks dirty - The water in the bathtub and sink doesn't flow well - The cupboards have yellow stains, rust stains, and are smelly due to lack of use - The many paintings in the room and along the corridor are unsightly and somewhat creepy. - There is no ensuite bathroom for the master room The 2bdrm apartment we had is way too huge. The space could be refurbished for better utilisation.

Great furnishined apartment. Staff are super friendly and helpful in every manner. The view from the balcony is also pleasant. All appliances are easy to use. The only thing is maybe putting carpet into the bedroom.

Awesome spacious room with good sized loving room and balcony. Great service from the staff from the front desk to room service. Well maintained and all the things work. Wifi is stable. Washing machine and stove works well as we cooked and did laundry. Highly recommended.

I booked a two-bedroom suite, but the ground floor was a bit noisy. The front desk lady immediately changed me to a three-bedroom suite on the 12th floor. The room is more than 100 square meters, with an unbeatable view, and my family is very satisfied. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of major attractions, and the surrounding environment is safe. The breakfast is cheap, and it only costs more than 40 RMB to buy it at check-in. It is Japanese staple food plus Western bread, with few varieties but full. I didn't pay attention to the name of the receptionist at the front desk, but I was deeply impressed! I will definitely visit again if I have the chance!

The rooms are spacious and there is a Japanese restaurant, a cafe chain and a supermarket on the first floor, making it very convenient.
