The service attitude at the front desk was very good, and the little brother helped put the luggage in the room. The hotel is in the third district, the old city. The surrounding environment is not good and the front is very small. It is easy to miss it. The driver who drove from the airport walked around here and asked for an extra 100,000 yuan. Breakfast is very rich. Outside the allocated room is the equipment floor. Although there are windows, the result is the same with or without windows, as you can see in the last photo. The two rooms booked were in the same situation.

Pretty cheap and okay

Oh my gosh where do I start. I wanted a clean hotel with a decent breakfast and in the center of everything. I stayed at Hotel Nikko for 2 days and wanted something nice and cheaper. My aunt showed me this place and I think I'm coming back every year here. It's minimalist, clean, and above all else the customer service is elite. I went downstairs to ask them to microwave some noodles I bought from the market earlier, and the kitchen lady prepared everything in porcelain bowls and plates and even cut my fruit restaurant-style. I was shocked. You cannot get this in America haha. Love everything about this place... totally ok with this place over the other 4 or 5 star hotels. Fits my bougie standards!

Very friendly staff and good breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and delicious Viatnemese coffee. The room was a bit noisy (4th floor) and the bathroom could be cleaner but the water was hot. There was also always a fresh supply of coffee and tea in the room. The air conditioner worked perfectly with a night mode for restful sleep. The hotel is not exactly walking distance from the city centre but taxis are very affordable (unless you accidently get in an unlicensed taxi). It's best to order a taxi from the reception. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!
