Location and service is good! But the cleanliness is really absolutely terrible 😭 We spotted cockroach two times and once even a small snake in the toilet and we told the front desk and they helped us but it’s really bad but for the price I guess I can’t expect much

Stayed on my first trip to Ho Chi Minh There are convenience stores and various shops nearby, making it convenient. I stayed for 2 nights, but the bed was not made. There was only one bath towel. There was enough room to take a shower and sleep.

The room is spacious enough and the environment is okay, except for the occasional appearance of some dead cockroaches, which proves that the hotel employees are also doing daily pest control work. To be honest, the service attitude of the staff is very good. Happy to assist guests with their requests. The location of the hotel is very good. Small hotel in a small quiet alley, day reception staff attentive and good advice for exploring the city. Avoid rooms upstairs because there is no elevator and the cleanliness of the bathroom is a bit neglected. This hotel remains a good value for money considering its location.

The staff was very nice. They will also tell you about nearby shops. The location is a short walk to the downtown area, but it is a quiet place to spend time. The temperature of the hot water is perfect. I could hear a lot of noise from the next room.

Great location with access to many shops and everyday needs. Staff is all extremely friendly and helpful. Have stayed numerous times. Perfect for a solo or family traveler. Within walking distance to many cafes restaurants and most important atm is close by.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early without any cost. Therefore, this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I have some issues in my first room but immediately when I raised immediately the receptions staff resolved it and was happy for it. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
