Silverland Jolie Hotel Reviews

The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is very polite and attentive. The location is very central, but being in a quiet road there’s basically no noise at night. The only downside for me was the room: I booked a premier room with “city view” window… I think it is quite pointless to charge more for a room with window where what you can see in front of you is just a wall. The swimming pool and bar on the rooftop are nice, even though the swimming pool has more the size of a bath tub. The gym is also very tiny: it is composed of two treadmills, a bench and a set of dumbbells (even though some weights are missing).

The hotel makes very good impression on photos and when you are in the lobby. The decoration and furniture are really not cheap and look impressive. The breakfast also was good and the staff was polite. But once you are in the room you understand that paying such a price for extreamely limited space, window to nowhere and total absence of soundproofing was not wise as you can get it at a half price easily almost next door.

We had a great stay in Silverland Jolie. Friendly and helpful staff and a pretty good breakfast. The rooftop pool is very small and warm though, but suitable for relaxing for a hour or so after coming back from the city. Would recommend to have a look at the other Silverland hotels.

The Room are large and quiet, the breakfast is nice. The staff is so kind. Recommend!

Great location, warm and friendly staffs

Not a fancy one but ok for a couple of days. Price/quality ratio absolutely ok!

Very nice front desk staff and manager Jacquline is extremely helpful. All is wonderful during my stay. The roof floor bar is exquisite good to have evening drink there.

Overall a good stay. Hotel was not far from the attractions of D1, relatively quieter (few vehicles pass by) & a convenience store is just opposite of the hotel, which was great. Room wise, I would suggest not to expect too much. The room we got was of a different layout from pictures attached, for a suite room, I would say it's on the smaller side. In addition, the layout of towel/clothes hook on the walls can be placed better. One of the hook was placed right at the wall area of exiting the bathtub, my partner got a small bleeding swell after hitting against it. Small issue, but can be avoided. If safety is a high priority, I would suggest going for another franchise hotel. Silverland Jolie does not have lifts with keycard only access and a front desk agent had mentioned our room number out loud in the lobby mid conversation. Hopefully the latter is an isolated situation. Bell boy was always alert and assists with doors/lifts/luggages, which was much appreciated! Other staffs are also relatively quick to accede requests, i.e. housekeeping.

I am satisfied, will come back to stay at the restaurant.
